The ginger syrup, what a revelation! I got the gingerbread latte and really enjoyed it. However, fiancé got a lavender latter which was just OK. Solid breakfast burritos. They do a loyalty punch card. We’ll be back!

I got an iced chai with oatmilk. Quite frankly, it was disgusting. If you like highly concentrated chai, then go for it. But if you’re used to more of a creamy base with the oatmilk this is not for you. It was very thin even with the oatmilk, which basically just added oat flavor. I’m used to oatly used by other places. I asked for more oatmilk in it because the ratio they used was like 1:4 . It did nothing, again, because the oatmilk is thin and watery. I had to pour in like half of their simple syrup bottle just to be able to drink it. My mom just ordered almond milk. She said that was fine.

My favorite coffee shop in the Denver area, great coffee they roast themselves, great syrup they make themselves, great people, great atmosphere. I’m from the mountains and I make sure to come here every time I’m down the hill.

Coffee was good, I had a cold brew nitro. I also had a breakfast burrito, it was good size and delicious. The have vegetarian burritos available as well. The place was smaller, and busy. Looks like it was a popular place to go with your laptop.

In my opinion, the prices are pretty wild compared to anywhere else, save your $ and head across the street to Colorado Cherry Co. Downpours has good coffee and a decently cool shop… but prices here are nuts so be ready to drop $18 for what would be $9 elsewhere. $5.60 for a regular size house coffee and when I tried to get a top off before going they told me they “have to” (choose to) charge for another full coffee. I’m a small business owner too so I get the struggle and usually advocate for charging more… but would love to not pay $11.20 (before tip) for a cup and a half or coffee. The worker did apologize seeming to get it’s a bit ridiculous. All the negative reviews here are about the price, which really is the only thing I have a problem with, ($18 for a coffee and burrito is not worth it).

Hate to harp on the negative but clearly not sure what is going on at this place. I’ve been twice now I get the same drink, iced or hot mocha latte w/ oat milk, and all three times their mocha could be the most off tasting drink I’ve ever tasted from a coffee shop. What chocolate are you using? Someone needs to do a tasting, I even asked and they said that’s how it’s suppose to taste. Right…it’s not.

$10 for an espresso and a coffee to go. Tennyson really needs an adorable coffee shop where entrepreneurs can thrive. This isn’t a spot I would come back to often

Their hours are a little on the short side but that's not too bad. Otherwise, they are the ideal place to work from home when you don't want to work in your actual home. Good coffee, nice baristas, honest prices, and plenty of power outlets.

I really wanted to like this place considering Allegro closed across the street but it might have been the worst (iced) latte I’ve had. The whole thing tasted super watered down, almost like iced coffee instead of espresso. I got oat milk because I usually like how creamy it makes the latte, but that too tasted watered down and very grainy. Not to mention the iced latte was $7.50.

Cute shop with some space to work if you’d like. Coffee is not bad but $1.50 for oat milk is crazy. It feels like a tax on those of us who don’t drink dairy and it amazes me that milk from oats is charged more than milk coming from an animal
