Einstein Bros. Bagels

Great store front. Beautiful layout and a great place to work or get coffee downtown. The only downside and it's not caribou's fault but being right on the main street there are lots of people hanging outside that might ask you for some spare change.

He staff was nice and the shop is clean and beautifully decorated. However for 17 dollars I got a lox sandwich that was very poorly and hastily made (See photo) and a cold brew coffee that was shockingly bitter as though burnt.
Again - the staff was kind and talked to my daughter and me, chatted with us while we waited. But I still would rather decent food and drink.

A really great place for coffee an bacon bagels!!

I am from the Springs but live in Minneapolis now, on the same street as the original Caribou. I make a point of going to every Caribou I can find, and this is one of the best. The coffee is great, the drinks are made just right, the selection of mugs is dangerously good, I love the staff, and it's really nice to have Einstein in the same place...love their bagels (I used to live in NY, I take bagels seriously). It's on the sketchier end of downtown, but that's ok with me. Best coffee chain ever, and my favourite beans to brew at home.

No matter what I order it always tastes like onions and/or fish. Something isn't right in the prep process.
Also, this place still has the dine in area closed. Probably to avoid having homeless inside, not because of covid.

It was an awakening experience! The food & the service was awesome

Parking is a pain at this location, but they do a great job. Employees rock every time I've been here, and it's got a nice space to sit and talk. Bagels are fresh and better than at other locations (who knows why, but they are fresher!). Definitely recommend for breakfast and a nice reading spot. Skip Panera or Dunkin, this is the place.

Went their about 15 minutes ago ordered a Lox Bagel on an everything Bagel a Farmhouse Bagel and two Coffees with a chocolate chip Coffee Cake. They forgot the the Farmhouse Bagel and gave us a whole wheat Lox Bagel. So we went back and re purchased our Farmhouse Bagel . This is the second time they have forgotten something we ordered and blamed us. Sure the Food and coffee is great but the service has been 2 stars every time.

This morning my husband ordered 6 each of ancient grain and blueberry bagels , to bring home. To my surprise we got 6 Asiago cheese (ugh) and six cranberry bagel . Granted my husband should have checked the order but in light of getting our bagel there every Saturday for over a year , he did not . I think if the person behind the counter does not hear the order , he or she should ask , rather that just it whatever in the box . On the other hand the bagels are always amazing ! We , of course ,will continue but our bagel here , but will double check from now on .

Great bagels, chai latte, and chocolate chip coffee cake. We ordered a bagel sandwhich with some awesome spicy sauce. Senior discount available.
