Our new Saturday morning tradition! Last weekend my dad was in town visiting and he is an avid coffee shop goer. We checked out Coff33 for the first time and both were super impressed! The large space, prime downtown location, and delicious coffee were the perfect combination. The shop itself is extremely unique and has a variety of seating options. Whether you’re wanting to enjoy the weather outside, lounge inside or work at tables, they have it all. We have gone back 3 times this week. My husband went to college in Golden, CO and bonfire burritos was a local gem. We were pumped when we saw they had bonfire burritos in their cooler. Today we enjoyed some coffee, and a local cinnamon roll, while our daughter sat and played on the carpet. This will be our weekly Saturday morning stop! We are happy to have such a gem in our town!

What a great addition to downtown Castle Rock! I had a quick and yummy ham and cheese croissant with a small latte and it was perfect. Nice atmosphere, great view of the rock. I’ll definitely be back!

Unique coffee house 🏡 cash donations taken rather than tips. Very good espresso latte. Beautiful indoor and patio seating. Inviting atmosphere.

Everything you want from a small big town coffee shop and more. GOOD quality coffee that you won’t find at your big chain coffee shop. Great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable baristas, and delicious sweet treats for your sweet tooth.

Coff33 offers excellent coffee and a fantastic atmosphere. The drip coffee is unique, and the espresso is dialed in well. I haven’t tried any milk-based drinks, but they look great as well

This place is perfect and the staff is very nice. Good employment practices. Tipping is not needed as the staff is compensated to not need tips. They collect money for causes. The coffee is excellent as well

Wonderful coffee shop with an open modern aesthetic! Lots of space to sit and get some work done. The staff was friendly and efficient! This place is set back so you can’t really see it from the road. Parking unfortunately is street parking.

I really like the vibe of this place, it was quiet and spacious, and sort of hidden away. The barista was super welcoming and no-nonsense, having my coffee out in no time. They have rly good espresso! Will def be coming back ^.^

Awesome place. Great vibe. Good dogs are allowed too. We will be back.

Not our best experience. We waited a while for our drinks and ended up throwing them out. The chai tea was basically cinnamon water. Would not be opposed to trying something different next time, the barista made it a good experience. Nice clean place very relaxing however..
