Sat down around 245 on a Friday. Was brought a glass of water. We patiently waited for the waitresses to return and take our order or offer to start with drinks or anything really but after 45 mins and not a single waitress stopping to help us we walked out after seeing others come in be seated and served .

Long pieces of black hair in my daughter's pancakes and on my husbands plate with his Ciabatta Burger. My breakfast burrito was supposed to be ham and they brought sausage, my sons turkey sandwhich only had turkey on one half and he originally ordered fish and chips but they didn't tell us until 25 minutes AFTER we ordered that they actually don't have that available. Even after we mentioned the mistakes they made with the burrito and my sons side that was wrong they didn't try to make anything right. My daughter didnt even touch her pancakes and my husband barely touched his burger. A small discount or even sincerity goes a LONG way and for that reason we won't be back.

The food here is amazing! The service has gone downhill in the past few years. We shouldn't have to stand by the front door waiting to be seated while waitresses walk by us multiple times completely ignoring us and not offering to seat us, when they have a sign that says please wait to be seated. If the service improves, we will be back more often. Until then they lost some regular customers.

Delicious! We stopped for lunch and really enjoyed our meals. The bruschetta chicken sandwich was delectable!!! Looks like they have quite the selection of coffee as well with lots of syrups and milk options. Carsyn, our waitress, was helpful and attentive.
