The Crown

To start, we stopped at three other coffee shops prior to stopping here--they were all closed!

The staff at the Crown were friendly and service was quick. I had the Peppermint PTty (hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps) and my wife got a regular hot chocolate. The peppermint patty was a good mix, where I could still taste the chocolate without being overwhelmed by peppermint. The chocolate was rich and the whipped cream topper was thick and creamy. All for a reasonable price.

We stayed a while after our drinks were emptied to and enjoy the atmosphere and talk. I highly recommend The Crown.

P.S. I was told they have delicious breakfast burritos, but was unable to confirm this.

Coffee was good, menu was smaller but decent. Biggest complaint is the opening time. A lot of visitors to Breckenridge come from the East coast and are awake well before 8 (10 east coast) so getting coffee is pretty much Starbucks or Clints if it's before 8. Turn around for food and drink is decently fast though

Amazing coffee, great staff, cozy atmosphere. The crown mocha is yummy and not too sweet, definitely recommend trying it. The almond cake is also to die or, if you have time get it warmed up and enjoy there.

Wonderful spot on Main St that feels cozy and relaxed, not tourist-y and hyper-commercialized. Good place to bring a book. Great coffee and a nice snack selection (including ice cream), even cocktails...though we didn't try them this time.

Absolutely phenomenal food and environment. Ordered the Lincoln fair lunch with a Breckenridge Coffee to get the day started. Not to mention they have a cute, local gift shop to browse. We will be back!

The food was inspiring just by looking at it, but also the taste was satisfying. And the workers were extremely nice and even complemented my shoes. The decorations were beautiful.

I visited when indoor dining was prohibited. They have outdoor dining in the front and back of the restaurant. Don't worry about the chilly weather because they have the yummiest hot drinks to keep you warm! Also a great selection of sandwiches!

Really wonderful people manning this place!! They were sweet, friendly and made me hate that they don't have indoor seating!! We got the jefferson and the sandwich which had the garlic aioli (lincoln/italian?). Both sandwiches were very good. I personally liked my jefferson more than the other one. The meats, the sauces, the veggies and the bread were excellent. We could only do one half sandwich at a time, so my friend and I both used the remaining for lunch the next day and honestly, the sandwiches tasted even better!

I also got the pork and chili soup to go with my sandwich and while it was really nice and warm, it was just a tad too salty for me. The jalepeno cheese chips my friend got were amazing.

I definitely recommend checking out this place. Hopefully they'll start indoor seating soon because the decor and vibe is really cool!!

After a day of skiing we went into town for a quick snack. The Crown has very friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere, and some absolutely incredible food. The margarita flat bread is to die for. With beer and ice cream, what more could you ask for?

Great food and I have very weird food allergies and they made me a special meal no problem!! I love it when people are willing to edit on the fly like this, would 100% come back next time we're in Breckenridge
