Fantastic burritos with great flavor. I mean just look at the cheese drip from the "Local" burrito. Oh, and the fruity hot sauce is delish!

Ordered hot chocolate, received a hot chocolate around 100 F degrees, almost cold chocolate! Also not taste good

The cutest little breakfast place! The employees were so friendly and nice and even brought out a water bowl for the dog! My friend is gluten free and the employees went above and beyond to clean the kitchen to make her breakfast burrito! Best burritos we’ve ever had! Hot fire flames! 100/10 recommend!

Stumbled upon this place one morning and we went back 3 more times. Super friendly owner who is passionate about what he does. Great coffee and food!

Vegan burrito was the best I have ever had. Awesome cold/ hot coffee. Fantastic outdoor seating. the staff on the inside are extremely friendly and inviting. A must go while on your trip in Breckenridge

Prices are fair and the menu is good. The issue is with the paninis. I gave them two chances, and both paninis were big soggy messes made worse since they weren't cut all the way through. Since this is just a food stand and not a restaurant, there isn't a place to wash your hands that are now covered in sauce and vegetable juice.

Spent the week in Breck & the coffee / food at Semplice is by far one of the highlights. They have a delightful barista who actually knows how to make coffee & the sauce for the burritos absolutely slaps. Already anticipating my next stop in. 🤘🏼
