Favorite spot to grab breakfast sandwiches before hitting the mountain in Breck. Don't remember what it was called but the chorizo egg burrito was amazing with the sauce they provided. Be careful though; the staff will play pranks on you for April Fool's day as the sardines confirmed for my breakfast burrito had my panicking for a moment. Staff is otherwise friendly, burritos fulfilling, and I am glad they had such a positive sense of humor

Mike, Kristen and Lex made my first experience visiting Semplice a fantastic one. My bagel sandwich was both beautiful and delicious. My tea was perfectly sweetened and hot. As a former Breck local, I’m so glad to know this place is here. I wish you continued success.

Absolutely the best panini I have ever eaten and there are so many more that I want to try from here! I had the Hype Man - highly recommend trying it - the sauce it comes with is incredible. Thank you so much, I hope I can visit again soon!

One of my favorite go to spots! The vegan burrito is fantastic! Just a note, there is no where to sit. It is a to go only but there are a few seats next door that are available.

Literally a whole in a wall cafe. They make excellent coffee and their breakfast options are really good as well. I got the Steve O which is a bagel with smoked salmon, but the salmon is hot smoked and they drizzle some honey for an amazing sandwich.

Local gem among tourist traps.
We stumbled on this while exploring downtown Breckinridge and were thrilled to learn that not only do they serve local coffee, but their offerings of breakfast and lunch items were made to order from fresh ingredients.
We had the ‘local burrito’ filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, tons of bacon and avocado, and a maple sriracha that will knock your socks off - perfectly balance of sweet and spicy. Their lattes and chai were hot and delicious.
This is a must try spot when in town!

Love this place. The Can’t Even Vegan breakfast burrito has a nice sweet flavor from the sweet potatoes and maple sriracha. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic food all around. However good preparation is very slow. We ordered 6 sandwiches/burritos, it took almost 30 mins to prepare.

Nice folks that offer good food and a good caffeine fix. Been by many times and gotten coffee and specialty lattes. They're always good. The do some gluten free options, but none really to go from the window.
We'll be back again soon, thank you for being here!

Very tasty. Great place for my GF Vegan lover. The food is fresh with some limited but comfortable and shaded outdoor patio seating. Street parking wasn't crowded. Friendly guy who offered to make sure everything wasn't going to trigger allergies! Vegan burrito on GF bread was tasty, especially with the maple Sriracha. I tried some of her maple Sriracha on my McLovin sandy and it was fire (not hot, just tasty!). The kids enjoyed bagels and vegan pumpkin bread. Sorry, no food pics, we ate too fast. We'll definitely be back.
