Semplice Cafe

After several friends suggested we stop here, we wandered over before a morning full of skiing. It has the quaintest atmosphere, a little walk up window where you can order a tasty burrito and coffee. We opted for the Local Burrito and we were not disappointed! The service is top-notch too. The owner took our order and was the nicest guy! Asked about our day, wished us a good time on our ski day. Just a genuinely good human.

We don't visit Breck often, but when we do, we'll definitely stop in!

We had a delicious lunch here at Semplice Cafe! We try to eat healthy, usually whole-foods that are plant-based and this was the perfect to do so. We had the privilege of meeting James, one of the owners of Semplice and also a chef. He took the time to sit and visit with us for a while and shared his philosophy of creating healthy and delicious food. I would highly recommend Semplice Cafe -- you won't be disappointed and you may find a new breakfast and lunch favorite. Thank you, James, for creating such delicious and healthy food and for taking the time to visit with us!

This little coffee shop was really good. We had the carrot nut bread and it was tasty. The coffee was pretty good as well and they have a nice little outdoor patio.

This cute little coffee place/Cafe right in the middle of Breck is perfect place for a quick bite or hot coffee to keep warm. Tried the breakfast burrito and it definitely ranks up there with some of the best we've ever had. Also had a coffee and Chai which were decent but nothing to knock your socks off.

Semplice Cafe? More like Vegan Bagel Heaven.

Christen and Lex are “Simplice” amazing. Latte was the best I’ve ever had and they’re honestly so kind. Love the overall vibes of this place and you can’t go wrong with any of the burritos!!

Excellent food , fresh and tasty. The paninis are very original. Too bad there is no cozy room to eat, you can only order to go.

Incredible breakfast sandwiches and yummy coffee. It can take a while for your order depending on time of day.

Creative mix of flavors and textures come together in a selection a delicious burritos. Veggie-friendly with non-veggie options as well. Their maple-sirracha sauce is amazing

Folks here are super nice. There’s no indoor seating, and the nearest bathroom is a short walk away. They have outdoor seating for probably 10, under umbrellas for shade or in the sun.

The food is spectacular and the coffee was great. I just had a basic americano, black, and the bacon panini with blueberry preserves and my wife had the vegan chickpea bagel. Both were really great! We’re grabbed a banana nut chocolate chunk cookie on the way out and it was so delicious. Great place to stop for a bit while exploring Main st!
