Cabin Juice

Just stopped in as is my usual after work. Got a glass of wine as recommended by Chris and the service from Ben and Jeff were, as always, top notch. If you want to be treated like family whether it’s your first time or 3846th time come to Cabin Juice. Also if you didn’t order the pork belly did you even come?

I’m still dreaming about the pappardelle Wow Wow Wow!! I dare to say that it was the best pasta I had in the US in a really long time.
The dish was so flavorful and the sauce kinda reminded me of a Peruvian “huancaina”. Our waitress Kat was great and she also recommended us the Brussels sprouts which were a hit. I now have one more reason to come back to Breckenridge 🍝

I was extremely impressed by this restaurant. Got the curry salmon and it was one of the most delicious ways i have ever eaten salmon. My friends got elk with couscous and said it was very delicious as well. The mushroom side was also unbelievably delicious. I would 100% come back here to try more things.

Probably the most expensive vanilla tasting food in Breckenridge. Everything just tasted extremely band. Super disappointed ☹️ seems like everything was made ahead of time and just reheated.

Kyle I appreciate your quick reply. It’s just a super bummer when you spend $200+ on a meal and not one plate is good. Not looking to pick on you just offering constructive criticism. I’m sure you’ll get the problems worked out with the kitchen and be ready to have a great season!

Great experience! I had the best food. The fries and mushrooms were my favorite. The server was attentive and the vibe was nice.

I was surprised that not many people where here for brunch on a Sunday morning- this place was amazing!
I had the crispiest, sweetest waffle in the world. It comes with what seems to be real maple syrup, but you don’t need it! I’d say it’s closer to a waffle cone than any breakfast waffle I’ve ever had.
My husband had the breakfast burrito, which was huge in size and flavor.
More people should check out this place!

Had to be out of the space at 530pm as it turns into a private space. Really fun location though!

I really liked the ambiance at Cabin Juice. It’s inside the Gravity Haus which is a super cool modern hotel. I had the chicken sandwich which was delicious, with a mimosa on the side! The staff were very friendly and the service was good for a busy resort.

The Caesar was apparently too spicy and my husband said it was terrible so that’s one thing they could take a look at!

Best dining experience we have had in a while. Food, service and ambiance were all amazing!! A special thanks to Ben for making our Christmas dinner merry and the host (Bailey??) going the extra mile talking with us. Also, thanks to the bartender for great recommendations and kindness! All around great experience and looking forward to our next visit to Breck.

What else can I say… the hype is real! This place absolutely deserves the amazing reviews. The ambiance was modern and comfortable, the service was so kind and accommodating, and the food was incredible. I am gluten free, our server was very helpful but the menu already had clearly marked gluten free options, and I couldn’t have been happier with my order! Butternut bisque and salmon were my highlights. This place should absolutely be at the top of your list in Breckenridge. Get a reservation in advance!
