Cutthroat Cafe

Enjoyed a nice patty melt on marbled rye and fries. Good beer and a great guitarist onstage playing classic rock. Breakfasts are outstanding here with great bloody Marys.

Great, amazing experience from the moment we walked in. Def just take a team breath and relax for a sec...you're killing it on both sides of the house

Fast, Friendly and Fun! All the Locals are there and more. Chip the Owner helps with so many of the Community Functions and the High School Kids that need jobs. Great Prices and Great Food. Be Careful or you might just make it your favorite place for a Family Outing. I know all of the Staff helped us when we moved here on where to Shop, and Veterinarians and Doctors in the area. Great People. Always look forward to our visits there.

Red Chili has no taste and needed major flavor. Service was very attentive and made sure the table stayed happy the whole time. Giving this restaurant 2 stars as the service is outstanding but food could use much much more flavor.

This review is about the service today. When we arrived it appeared that the majority of people in the restaurant were the employees. The waitress told us to sit anywhere. She immediately asked if we knew what we wanted to eat and drink. We had just sat down and were just looking at the menu. She brought us waters and then left. That was the last time she came to our table. She did have time to take the only other customer's order. Then she say down and chatted with the other employees. She then had time to bring the other customer's order and then a desert for him. After about 15 minutes of sitting there we left.

I decided to try this place again today. Unfortunately I had the same result as last time. I sat at the bar for breakfast. One of the waitresses just starred at me then walked off. Finally after a few minutes another one offered me a glass of water. There were no menus and none of the waitresses ever offered me one. After a few more minutes I decided to leave. The place was full but there was plenty of opportunities to provide some service which were not taken.

My wife and I stopped here for chili and light dinner on a late afternoon in June 2016. We were tourists passing through Bailey. The chili was not good -- it's just bland baked beans, totally uninspired. But we enjoyed the BLT sandwich and fries. Prices are low and affordable. Our young waitress was very friendly and we liked her a lot. I'd go back here again, and try the burgers.

We were starting to wonder if this cafe wanted people to return to it! The staff all looked like they were about to quit that night... rushed our order, terrible cafeteria food (maybe better breakfast?) instant mashed potatoes, cafeteria style veggies & definitely frozen fried chicken. We took our business to the neighboring Chinese restaurant instead and were very pleased

Wide variety of food and the prices are awesome! Everything is made from scratch including the hashbrowns which are also just out of this world amazing! Ask for Rose to be your waitress... She's an excellent waitress, very dependable/ on time with taking orders and keeping the coffee cup filled! You'll feel right at home.

Always delicious. Never drive 285 without stopping by. Love all the new covered outdoor seating. Lots of options for for kids meals too.

ROCKIN food! Everything was super fresh and every bit what you would want from comfort food. Our waitress was so friendly and the green chili, country gravy, and French toast especially were amazing. Bacon is better than sausage, and would definitely do the French toast over pancakes but you can’t go wrong here.
