Cutthroat Cafe

This place is always welcoming and has friendly service. The chili is one of my favorites in Colorado! Definitely not the normal green chili for Colorado, more like a gravy chili. But everything here is good, even the burgers.

Lucky enough to stop off on the way to Wellington and so happy I did. Staff was amazing and the burger was thoroughly enjoyed by both myself and my pup!! Recommend hitting this place up if you're in the neighborhood 👌

I was in town on vacation and was recommended to Cutthroat Cafe. I'm so glad I went! The breakfast was out of this world delicious. Chip & the rest of the staff were so friendly. Highly recommend! A+

This was a great little place! My daughter and I enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere, enjoyed the food, certainly did not leave hungry and the waitstaff was fun, helpful and extremely polite and funny. Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!!

Excellent ! We ordered two burgers, carry-out. My husband gets his burgers medium well and I get mine medium rare. They were both cooked perfectly and were delicious. The staff was very friendly as well and chatted with us when they brought out our boxes. This place is a cozy mom & pop establishment, which we love. The kitchen and counter are right next to each other so you can watch the waitress give your order to the cook. We will definitely stop again if we are ever back in the area.

Friendly, hard working folks at this hometown cafe. Basic stick to your ribs breakfast and lunch menu. Expansive patio for dining. As I'm from beef country, I know an excellent beef patty when I taste one. Would love to be able to order chicken tenders or nuggets for the kids next time we are there.

The cutest diner you will ever visit. Ashley, Kaitlyn, and Dom were amazing, everyone was. Super hospitable, quaint, and everything is made to order. Hand pattied burgers, (no pre-formed frozen circle pucks) ham and cheese, and tuna (special order) subs all came out great!A vast array on the menu to please even the most specific taste buds. Vegetarian friendly. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, soda, beer, liquor, even diner t-shirt swag. Counter, inside, and huge patio seating. You name it, they have everything! I highly recommend stopping by for a bite. Only one chief complaint (I already expressed to the owner) we're hoping an upgrade from plastic bags, straws, and styrofoam soon in efforts to preserve our planet. Live love local and always support small business!
