Cutthroat Cafe

We were on our way to Denver and we stopped in Bailey, Colorado. As soon as we walked into Cutthroat we were greeted with the kindest and warmest welcome. We ate their delicious food, prepared in rapid time. The atmosphere was great and so was the food. Would absolutely go back !

Was OK for lunch. Currently only allowing one person inside ordering at a time and they will correct you if you walk in, so hope it isn't raining for anyone else. Picked turkey and cheese. Menu layout makes it look like mashed potatoes comes with it. Waitress balked. Manager overheard and said no problem. Mashed potatoes with white gravy was quality and tasted great. Sandwich was basic, meat and cheese, and OK. Ordered the french dip. Was also OK. Meat, basic bread, side of au jus. Fries were decent, needed salt.Prices were a couple dollars less than others. All in all an OK place, but will not likely frequent there.

This place is great! Excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The servers couldn't be friendlier. I have eaten here twice in one day it's so good. Highly recommended.

We use to live in Bailey and would frequent here...it always had good food and great service but not anymore. We had the Worst service!!!! Young girls who only cared about being on their phones and gossiping instead of taking care of their customers. I guess good help is hard to come by these days! I ordered a burger medium rare and it was well done with cold fries...finished my drink and the waitress never even came back to check on us let alone ask if we wanted more. My daughter's chicken was frozen chicken strips not fresh and the corn was obviously from a can. It was truly a disappointment.

Super good, super fresh food! Hamburgers are excellent, and everything on the breakfast menu is great. This is our family's favorite breakfast place! Don't miss trying it.

It was a great 'mountain' breakfast. Cozy and alot of really content and well-behaved dogs sitting outside with us.

I just went to this restaurant with my family and wish I hadn't. Food was incredibly bland and flavorless. My food and my families all came out barely warm and overcooked. It all looked like it was frozen and reheated. I don't understand how it has been given the high reviews from previous customers but that is what got us to go in the first place. Don't be tricked like we were and please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Stopped early in the morning. They kindly made a lunch menu item due to egg allergy. Would recommend if you're going down this road and starving like we were.

Excellent food. Service, and very friendly locals. Hubby loved the liver and onions! Will definitely be back.
