Mostly locals, nice place to read or chat. A bit noisy when there's a table of 4 or more talking, tends to ratchet up. Pastries not as good as Costeaux, but the bagels and coffee are good. Nice help.

Roomy and hipster. A beautiful location right off the town green. Cafe Notó has an excelent range of beverages for both the tea and coffee drinker. For those with more refined tastes... They have included a selection of ice creams. 😁

This place is really cute and they have a nice selection of drinks and snacks and the customer service is excellent. Windsor is lucky to have a cafe like this in town.

I love getting a fresh brewed coffee in the morning. Great service, people, and food selection. Just an awesome place to hang out.

The girls were very accommodating! I asked for a drink that wasn't too sugary and not too bitter and they gave me exactly what I needed!! Im definitely going back!!

They are remodeling but still serving up awesome stuff. Coffee on point. Burrito was great. Only down side was it would seem the burrito was microwaved.

Pretty hip coffee place. Burritos and breakfast sandwiches are microwaved, usually served with a cold center. Coffee and bagels are good though.

worst coffee i have ever had
