Some of the best coffee I’ve had on the central coast. Great vibes as well. It’s worth grabbing a bag to take home—they throw in a free cup of batch brew as well.

Incredible specialty coffee for the passionate espresso and pour over drinkers. They have lots of specialty drinks that are reasonably priced for the expertise involved in making it. Beautiful natural light with several large windows if you need to do some work there. My only qualm is that the seating doesn’t seem super comfortable, so it’s probably preferable to get their drinks to go. They are clearly experts for those who enjoy specialty coffee - I’m surprised they aren’t rated higher on google reviews...

Visited for the first time over the weekend and love the clean atmosphere. Ordered some tea from very nice staff and sat to read for a few hours. I will be back soon!

The space is open and bright; feels cozy. The hand-poured coffee had a great, clean taste. Awesome addition to downtown.

Great place to spend the day working, with good coffee, plenty of seating options, and a few outlets inside. Outdoor seating opportunities as well.

The coffee is awesome, chai is special. But it is too noisy to work here when many people come in at the same time. I cannot work here, just had nice coffee for the morning.

Prospect has quickly become my favorite coffee shop in town. They roast a variety of single origin beans and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
