Coffee Bean is a great place for coffee drinkers that like a more unique blend, some may say a more “sophisticated” coffee shop….. The staff here is friendly and timely. The parking is abundant.

It is pure convenience I go here for coffee. This place is not as over rated as its competitors, so I figure it would be better guess I was wrong. They must be understaffed, it takes too long to get a cup of coffee 10 minutes. The drivetru attendant doesn't repeat the order back. Having an additional 10 minutes to ask for correct order is luxury on a work morning.

This has to be the worst coffee Bean ever every single time I come to this location. of coffee Bean you wait in line for like 10 minutes or more I’ve been in line for 15 minutes and haven’t even gotten my order placed. The employees are always talking rather than working,need more training!! It is a Saturday at 4 in the afternoon manager corporate do something about this !!!

I love their coffee and tea!! Their coffee (hot, iced, or blended) doesn't have that burnt taste luke Starbucks usually has.
The quality is great and their rewards app is very easy to manage.
Their vibe is pretty low key and chill for studying too

I love going to The Coffee Bean but this location really disappointed me. The employees here were much more focused on their personal conversation than helping us customers. I didn’t even end up getting anything because no one took our order and the employees were just standing around and talking. We left and went to the location down the street on The Old Road and it was so much better!!! I would definitely recommend that one instead.

This is personally my Favorite Coffee Bean , if you find a barista named Emmanuel or Manny your coffee is in good hands. It's like a mini community in there , the staff are very friendly and relatable. And they make coffee better than the Coffee Bean on Magic MTN Parkway.

Its 5pm here in Valencia and windy, ordered a midnight mocha cold brew and said not available? And its cold season? Why? Doesnt seem to make sense.

The employees at this location are absolutely AWESOME!!!! I’m an app ordering person and don’t always know how to convey what it is I’m looking for through the app. I put a quick note just saying I wanted a 32 oz Matcha Green Tea Latte (sweet) and wasn’t sure what to add. When I got there and quickly received my drink the barista had made the most perfect and delicious drink!!!!! I think they just stole my heart from Starbucks lol....my son even loved it and he’s a super picky person...keep up the great service 🙂
