Zuri Coffee Co

Good place to stop to/from Tahoe or Truckee area. Their pastry cabinet had some gems in it, though I wasn't looking for any baked goods. I had a double espresso and took a flat white for the road. Ambience is really nice in this small cafe. Good seating and decor, and the barista was nice

Cute, tiny spot in Truckee. We ordered four of their baked goods to share and devoured them all! I have a high standard for baked goods and Zuri met it for sure.

Coffee was delish and can be made with a wide variety of different milks. We had one drink with coconut milk and one with almond milk - enjoyed them both.

The place is small and seating is communal. We found two chairs and enjoyed our treats in-house. Highly recommend.

Huge variety of delicious pastries, sandwiches, and drinks. (The matcha latte is amazing!) The service is also very prompt and friendly and they have comfy seating and places to work. If you’re in town, you have to check it out!

Come for delish breakfast bagel sandwiches and coffee! Really nice people working here too, amazing service for both coffee and kitchen.

We got two breakfast sandwiches and then went back for a 3rd. Great cold brew and coffee too. Lots of pastries to choose from, sweet or savory, and awesome outdoor seating area.

What a wonderful little spot. Looking around Truckee for a coffee shop, maybe we were oblivious and missed a few, but we were about to give up, spotted 7-11, and then just before getting there saw Zuni tucked away in an innocuous store front. What a great surprise treat. So much fresh baked goodness. The cran-orange scone was huge and delicious, orangish moist flakey with plump fruit. Streusel, muffins, chocolate croissant all fantastic. Bagel sandwiches were fresh and panini pressed and hit the spot. The coffee was good too.

Some friends who go here regularly brought me in for the crepes, which were great. Sweet, chewy, perfect for the dessert toppings. Got some vegan granola to go which I’m enjoying now. It has big chunks of pecans and crainsins and is perfectly cinnamonny sweet. Super nice staff.

This place is so cute!!!! We got pastries and yogurt parfait (which was the best we’ve ever had). The fresh squeezed OJ was spot on delicious. The whole place had a nice vibe. Even the bathrooms were clean. Worth stopping here!

We've tried every coffee shop in town, and this is our favorite! The people are wonderful and the service is so kind. The patio has the best vibes with happy, considerate people who make you smile. Feels like a home away from home every time! Grateful for Zuri and the people that work there.

Baked goods are amazing…in fact all the food is great. People are super nice. Seating is limited and weekends can get really crowded, but the service is fast so don’t let that stop you. I prefer the coffee at Coffeebar, but the coffee is good here as well.

I stopped into Zuri while visiting the area just for a coffee but I was starving so I took a chance and ordered the lox bagel. They didn’t disappoint AT ALL. It was the most delicious lox bagel I’ve ever had (which is my go to bagel order.) It’s not often coffee shops have delicious prepared food too. It was so good I had to thank the guy who made it, who I think his name was Payden. Thanks Zuri and Payden! Will definitely be stopping in again whenever I’m in the area.
