This shop serves great (read Strong) coffees with a hand crafted touch. They were quick and had a lot of options, while still feeling specialized and intimate.
It was a nice modern multi-color aesthetic was threaded well throughout the space. It felt happy and cheerful. Ample seating and lots of customers there at 10am on. Friday. There are also a number of cute local gift items you can purchase. I grabbed a few of the artisan lollipops for my friends!
I ordered an Iced 1/2 Caf Americano with a slash of cream. It was smooth and creamy, cold and refreshing. When it first came out I watched the bright white cream sink into the chocolate colored coffee, like a dance, as the heat and cold slowly met their match. It was relaxing and beautiful.
Pro Tip: this coffee is very caffeinated, so order decaf if you don't want a rush! I drink a lot of coffee, ordered 1/2 decaf and still felt it was a little too much! But the flavor was fab!
Whether you’re on your way in to Temecula or on your way out, The Press Espresso is a great stop for skillfully made coffee and bakery items. Specializing in vegan and gluten free, the food is surprisingly good. I ordered their tiramisu latte, which was visually pleasing and equally flavorful. There isn’t a lot of space to sit and work, but if you get there at the right time it’s a nice atmosphere to slow down for a minute.
The coffee was good but man one of the drinks just had way too much milk and it was like having a milkshake. I trashed that drinking got something else luckily they didn't charge me. They seemed to be a little bit confused on what they were doing back there. Perhaps there are new employees I don't know. I don't go in here often but when I'm in the area I like a few shots because I like their beans.
Girls who are working were in the back chit-chatting and I had to wait for a while until one of them came out. She saw me but she didn’t say a word and took my order. She put too much hot water so coffee was pouring over the cup as she put it on the counter. She pretended nothing happened and went straight back to the back side to pick up chit-chatting where she left off. I cleaned my cup and also cleaned the mess she made on the counter for her. I used to come here whenever I can but no more.
In response to question from the owner: Thank you for responding to my review. The event took place at Winchester location on 12/1 around 10:30am.
It is a nice place, therefore I can’t have lactose in my coffee. I ordered a different milk and the coffee I had me made bloat and sick for 3 days. I stopped drinking the coffee after I felt it. I don’t like to feel sick.
What a wonderful experience! The staff was lovely, the coffee was great, and it really felt like a wonderful place to spend my time. I know that if I'm in the area, I'd absolutely come here every time. The environment makes me feel cosy and welcome, and I'm always hoping for more. I know that the baristas always care that I enjoy the things I order, and whenever it isn't exactly how I like it, they're more than happy to help me.
If you need coffee, you should ALWAYS come here!!!
Wow! Been going to the press locations all over Temecula since i moved here. Always my favorite spot to go for coffee. However, just went to the one next to Trader Joe’s and my girlfriend went and ordered while i was with the dog. I got a plain hot latte no sweetener or anything. When i tried it back in the car it was SUPER sweet. Went in and told them and they said sorry and that it was accidentally a brown sugar latte. So all is well for now. We get the new one that they made for us and again it is SUPER SWEET! I go back in and get attitude this time. Saying “i just made that and i know it doesn’t have any sweetener or anything”. She basically told me i was wrong. She said “we are using sweet coffee beans? I’ve never heard of that. So i just ordered a black coffee and stayed calm. Then again she gave me attitude and said “i literally just made it.” Then she was going to make me pay for the black coffee. At that point i just left.

Adorable and plenty of seating compared to a couple of their other locations . Staff is kind and welcoming which is a plus for me!

Coffee is GREAT! Location just sucks because of parking... So, we usually go to the other Press Espresso locations in Temecula...
