Smokin' Bean

We came here looking for something other than starbucks, needless to say we were delighted by the wide variety of flavors including pumpkin pie, blood orange, and black currant. The prices were lower than most corporation owned coffee companies. The barista repeated back our semi-complicated orders to double check that they were correct, which was much appreciated. Both drinks were made perfectly and they both came with a chocolate covered coffee bean, which is the coffee equivalent to the cherry on top lol. 11/10 will be coming back on our next trip to Susanville!!

coffee is always great. I also love the red bull infusions. Roxy is always nice. Very accommodating. I definitely recommend smokin Bean .

I tried a large iced carmilla, which is basically a caramel & vanilla latte (I requested soy milk), and a chocolate muffin. The muffin was decent, but very artificial 😂 The coffee though. I’m a barista so I know my coffee and love it dearly. The girl who handed out my drink told me she put an extra shot in it (I think because I said I’d never been there before?) and boy, is it so delicious 😍 I will for sure be back. Pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem!!!

Great coffee and friendly baristas. They are quick, too! Drive thru line was only 2 cars and did not take long at all.

Every time I have gone the girl at the window with black hair and a bunch of piercings Is ALWAYS rude. She handed me my coffee the other day and stated “here” then walked away without another word. The girl that took my order was great. But I swear everytime I go that girl has an attitude problem.

Had the best customer service in all of susanville! Way better than Joe’s Coffee shop. 10/10 would go to again

I forgot, now, what I ordered, but it was really good!! I never heard of this coffee place before? I was excited to try this coffee bean, covered in chocolate, that my friend that took me there, had just told me about.yeah, that little crunchy bite of heaven was so good!! The server, was friendly, had a smile on her face the entire time, and she was really quick too!

Great customer service, excellent coffee, a local favorite. If you have the time for a solid cup of coffee this is a definite go-to. They also have a happy hour on their coffee. A big shout out to the Smoking Bean!
