A bit pricey and a very limited menu compared to other local places but great lattes, nice staff, and great ambience. I'm excited when the pandemic passes to have a nice study break there. Absolutely great. I'd suggest their matcha lattes or London Fog.

All Doll hair all doll eyes all doll hearts all doll coffee. The chicory may be a weak link but it is measured in a beaker by doll hands, accurately. All the other coffee good, sandwich good too, cookie good also, merch good also. In the future baristars need ground control or a bripe

Super coffee shop... now my go to in Sonoma! Especially Zachary, who was particularly nice and helpful. Greetings from Ireland... and thankyou for the great atmosphere, coffee , food and service . I'll be back...

This is my favorite coffee shop in Sonoma county. The staff are warm and kind, the Coffee is exceptional, they offer a wide range of food items for a diverse dietary group and their roasts are totally on point. I go here as often as I can even though it's 20 minutes away! Go go go! You won't regret it!

Frankly, the best service of any food and drink business I've been to in California. The baristas are all exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and can effortlessly transition from customer interaction to making high quality drinks.

Great service! Pretty busy here on a Friday morning. Outdoor seating as well as inside. They got pastries and lots of different drinks to choose from. They also have awesome wifi connection for those wanting to use your laptops or cells here, whatever. I ordered a drip coffee, that was delicious, and scored some Tool 2019 Tour tickets using their internet connection 😊 I would definitely come back here again. ☕🖤

This place is my favorite in town. The folks here are genuinely friendly, best tasting coffee, and their house made coconut hemp milk is AMAZING!
They also have a rewards system for regulars which shows customer appreciation. It's local business that I love to support.

Gosh, normally have great successes with all I get here, but for the second time I got an egg breakfast sandwich where the egg was abnormally thin, rubbery and had grayish khaki green spots along the edges telling me this egg was not fresh. And not one bit of kale. The funny thing is I only decided to order one on my way out as two people just got theirs and egg look thickly lofty and was studded with bits of kale. Theirs had little strips of bacon, so I ordered mine without bacon. Maybe the egg is better or fresher with bacon? All I know is mine was horribly disappointing

This is a great little local coffeehouse. Fun, friendly, colorful and professional baristas, rotating pour-over selections, awesome breakfast sandwich and lower-than-expected prices. The only caveat is that it gets *crowded* and can be hard to find a space to sit. Regardless, Retrograde has a great mix of quality and magic.

Such delightful folks serving great coffee and signature items. Everything about Retrograde has an original, inviting feel to it. Excellent & unique bakery choices include sweet, savory & gluten-free. Yummy egg salad sandwich! My favorite coffee (at the moment) is their pour-over Big Easy. Can be decaf, iced or hot; hints of chicory and cinnamon. They will put together assorted coffee & munchies for morning meetings. Great way to welcome the morning; comforting spot for an afternoon recharge.
