Brilliant little coffee shop and roastery with a great selection of fun foods and drinks.
Love the ambiance.

I had to wait for a while for my latte even though there was no line and 5 people working... otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. Creme was perfectly balanced, coffee roasters know what they are doing, milk was steamed perfectly and bonus points for the latte art. If you have an EV, there's a parking lot on high Street with a charger. Cheers

Always a friendly "hello" as I enter the door. Great coffee and delicious treats. Atmosphere is light and music is a mix of everything. More than just Queer friendly, but not a LGBTQIAA+ coffee house.

This is what coffee is supposed to taste like! Flavorful rich and real. The vibe here is great but decor is comfy and upbeat and the clientele matches that. I visited when they had a fundraiser outside for goatlandia Rescue and it was such a treat! They also have delicious packaged foods that I haven't found anywhere else. This place is stellar

Amazing and stylish coffee shop! I like their logo a lot 🚀. Oat Latte was delicious, perfect temperature and foam. We bought a couple bags of beans too. Next time we are going to Russian river we will definitely stop for a cupof joe🥹

Their coffee is excellent and the shoppe has great staff. Retrograde has a frriendly atmosphere with cool new art displays each month. I always try their seasonal menu bit I can't say I've tried the charcoal or other eccentric drinks.

Best coffee in Sonoma County, hands down. And possibly the best decaf ever. Decaf is too often a sad, sorry afterthought at so many coffee shops, but not here. Retrograde offers a rotating selection, so you're not stuck with just one blah option - although here, none of the options are blah. I like their caffeinated coffees too, but if you're also trying to cut down your caffeine intake without sacrificing flavor, this is the place.

Everyone here has always been kind, friendly, and helpful. A welcoming space, and it seems like everything that comes out of their kitchens is delicious and thoughtfully made, just like all of the artful details in this space. And, you can pick up FEED Sonoma orders here, which is always a highlight of my week.

Fantastic experience - I always love having sparkling water served with my macchiato. Grabbed a bag of beans to make espresso at home too and they were phenomenal and fresh. Love this shop and really recommend it!

Extremely impressed with this place. I got a pour over coffee and the vegan breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious. The dark roast coffee tasted roasty without tasting burnt. The breakfast sandwich was very flavorful. I also thought the staff were incredibly friendly and the vibe of the place was nice. Would highly recommend.
