First time here and can’t express how welcoming this coffee shop is. We walked in and the employee was by herself and let us know it would be a little wait witch wasn’t a problem for my friend and I.
I ordered a latte made with oat milk and vanilla syrup, SO GOOD!!! Also grabbed an almond croissant and it was so tasty!
The employee that was working did come by to change the music and asked how everything was. They even have a book suggested when you walk in.
Keep up the amazing job!!! I will be stopping here a lot more often since it’s a 5 minute walk from me, very convenient! 😊

When I travel I always go out of my way to find local small business coffee shops. Im in a hard place if my only option is Starbucks!

Counterpoint is exactly what I needed. Highly recommend their pour over coffee.

Cute and friendly baristas are an added bonus!

A+ for the record selection too!

Lovely coffee. Hard working staff. Awesome ambience. The reason i’m giving it 4 stars is because the coffee could have been warmer. Thanks!!

Was passing through and thought I would try it.
Trendy place in seaside. Got an almond milk mocha and it was ok. Only one size and it was 5.50. The espresso seemed a little weak. Probably wouldn’t return.

Bottom line - they make a good cup of coffee, the best we’ve had in Monterey so far. The interior is spacious, and it’s a good place to hunker down and crank out some work for an afternoon. The interior theme is a bit… witchy - lots of crystals and random religious items, so be aware if that’s not your thing. At the end of the day, if you’re in need of some solid Java - this is your spot.

Pretty average- service was rude/indifferent, just one kind of drip coffee though it was good (I think they’re more of an espresso spot). Pastries were sold out by 9 am Saturday. The space itself seemed like it might be nice for hanging out and working in, with both indoor and outdoor tables.

Hot tasty coffee made in real cup. Great variety..finally got a good flat white. Place has a great vibe and pleasant service.

The coffee is perfect albeit spendy. It's a good place to hang, at least when it's not crowded, which can happen quickly because it's small. Not to be missed is the stellar Salvador Dali-centered mural in the back alley, created by local mural superstars La Neta.

Loved their moonlight Jasmin TEA
Glad they were open in the morning of Easter day:)

First time trying this place and I enjoyed it! The employees were nice/friendly. The baked good selections were great. The variety of vegan etc. was nice to see. I had the iced mocha with a blueberry donut and my bf had a cappuccino with the coffee cake. Recommend all of that! And of course the place itself is beautiful from the interior design to the architecture. Only complaint would be the price is a tad high on some of the items, but you get what you pay for.
