High quality ingredients, yet execution is lacking. Had breakfast tacos. Avocado, egg, potato, and meat all together in a tortilla. The problem is with two high water content items like the avocado and tomato you need seasoning if not just plain salt to bring out their flavors; another thought would be to crisp the tortilla over open flame to provide mouth feel and a counter to the creaminess of the tomato/avocado. Otherwise, it's just bland and a bit mushy.

They charged for a 16 oz. And gave me a 12. Biscotti is Terrible.

There were 4 of us in to taste Storm Wines and to enjoy Pony Espressosyv tacos!!! This was a tasty, delightful experience for all of us.
The three Storm wines we had with our tacos were perfect!!! All of our wines went very well with the three types of tacos: Tri-Tip, Veggie, and a super good Octopus. The tacos were so flavorful...just simply outstanding!!! Thank you forvlwttingbus mix and match three tacos types.
We are following you Pony Espressosyv and look forward to more of your outstandingly casual cuisine. Thankbyou. 💜❤💜❤

Amazing drinks AND food! Best European style coffee - the espresso is smooth (Not bitter), and cappuccinos are creamy, not foamy. And the food….fresh and local with always something new and exciting on the specials. Wine and beer pairings too. Great place with fun ambiance!

Is about a 15 minute walk from Chumash casino in the town of Santa ynez. Quaint little coffee shop more spacious than most Starbucks. The prices are a little cheaper than Starbucks. The staff is very polite and friendly.they also have a beautiful outside patio. Overall well worth the walk.

Finally a coffee house worth getting up for. We came from out of town to photograph a wedding, and while in town hit up a couple other coffee shops (both were so off balanced we tossed the drinks). Here, everything from the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the array of food choices, and the simplicity of the coffee was perfect. Hands down best coffee in town.

First time at Pony Espresso and I enjoyed with my good coffee, orange use and sandwich.

Wow...so glad my wife and I found this place! We are effectively, coffee snobs, and we had our hopes dashed by several other coffee places in the area. Pony was like a breath of fresh air. We walked in and were pleasantly greeted, and the array of baked goods looked fresh and exciting flavors. My wife ordered the avocado toast and it was HUGE! What a great surprise for her.
The coffee was very well made, smooth, even after we added an additional shot. The freshly squeezed OJ was on point! When we ever come back down into Santa Ynez, we will be stopping at Pony for certain!

The best coffee shop. Workers were the nicest, especially Vanessa, she made me feel at home. The avocado toast is must have. Highly recommended. They have great options on food and drinks. Won’t regret your visit.
