Dutch Bros Coffee

You know there coffee isn't that great. I think Starbucks definitely beats them but I guess if I was young and into energy drinks I would like it. The rebel is the selling point for them and now I get that it isn't so much a coffee shop as it is a soda bar. And I also don't feel like the person taking my money is sincere but the service is fairly good. I always will go but I think I need to try cold coffee drinks cuz the hot ones suck. Sorry to report.

The line is always moving fast! Seems like they have a good system figured out. My drink is always good and the people are always friendly.

My sister Pandora and I stopped in on my cancer journey going from Oakland to Humboldt county on Friday the 27th and the Wi-Fi wasn't working in the drive-thru to redeem her points for free drinks because the woman is a freak for Dutch Brothers.... The guy that was working the drive-thru that was in charge of the place that day was such an incredibly amazing human being I cannot thank you enough sir you have no idea how much you affected my day going better from that point on Great coffee amazing people cannot wait to stop back by this location we will be stopping there every time we come down for chemo so get used to seeing us

Dutch bros is mind, my husband and our dogs’ fav place to go every Saturday morning! They have a super fun vibe, all of their staff is exceptionally warm and they really do stand out in comparison to other coffee shops!

they forgot to make my drink after 20 minutes of me sitting and waiting for it. Got a measly apology and a horrible drink. Recommend the one on Mendocino instead.

Not your typical coffee shoppe, but definitely typical of Dutch Bros - great coffee, fast service, and friendly staff.

Now that there's a DB close to home I don't need to wait until I get to Chico!

Always friendly staff they always interact and are very friendly to our toddler son who always looks forward to saying hi. And our coffees always turn out amazing

Love Dutch, but I'm particularly thrilled with this new location on my path to work hehehe. The staff are friendly and pleasant, as is customary for DBC. Drive through is NOT confusing or difficult to navigate at all. Decent sized patio for walk up orders, too.

We're Dutch fans and go to as many as we can but wow this location was bad news. The staff said the location was new and I get that there can be growing pains but this place does not live up to the Dutch creed. Amazingly rude staff taking our order, order takers in line mostly not paying attention, one good order person was waving hands back at the other staff standing near the building to come out and keep taking the orders from other cars in line but they just ignored them. We waited in line 20 minutes for just a single Dutch freeze. This location needs major training help and performance attention.
