Big River Coffee

Stopped in for a cup of coffee and what a delightful surprise! Shop is adorable and staff is friendly. The coffee is really good and reasonably priced. Had to check out the menu and ordered an egg sandwich with cream cheese, avocado, red onion, lettuce and tomato. The "english muffin" was past yummy. Tasted like it had just been baked. It was called, "Here comes the Sun". Again, reasonable priced:)

Great customer service, and this Greek/ Mediterranean salad was awesome, sure it’s $11 but everything is expensive these days; huge portion and super fresh, I’ve had it twice now and can barely finish but very enjoyable.

Love the coffe. However placed 2 online orders for delivery and both times after using credit card had fraud alerts for unauthorized transactions at different retailers one day after completing the transactions. I suspect their online system is compromised.

Coffee is great but if you are going to offer/advertise a text to order option it would he great if you actually acknowledged the orders. I have tried to order via text 4 times in a month and only 1 was acknowledged.

Well worth the drive across town. Super knowledgable about grinds and roasts and just the most friendly, helpful staff and owners. I can rarely drink straight black coffee but their coffee is smooth and delicious! Can't wait to try out the grinds I bought!

I recently called Big River Coffee and ordered 14 gift baskets as a small gift for my employees, I spoke with Naomi and she was amazingly helpful, Naomi and her team did a fantastic job of putting together beautiful gift baskets and I was impressed at how quickly she was able to get them completed and shipped to me. Bravo, job well done.

Found them by accident last year when driving from 24 Hour fitness just up the street . Once I tried their Amazing coffee ,reasonable prices, monthly specials I was hooked .
Love their breakfast especially the hangover bagel sandwich .
All the girls that work here are funny, sweet , chatty and super good at their job .
They just started selling t shirts in the lobby , I sent one to my daughter in Boise who is seriously obsessed with good coffee .
My favorite in The mocha latte or caramel .way better than the chain store high priced places close by !

Worst Matcha I’ve ever had. Wow. Do not get the matcha. I think it must be full of pesticides or something because I had the most horrible anxiety for hours and hours. I knew it was definitely from the matcha because as soon as I sipped some from the same cup the next day it came right back. I’ve never had this reaction before. I drink lots of matcha and plenty of coffee, and never experienced anything like this. Get rid of this matcha now.

Been often enough to get a free drink. Solid combination of coffee, teas, and food options. 2018's renovation expanded the seating available. I've noticed an increase in the number of small groups meeting here ever done.

If you're looking for a place in northwest Santa Rosa to meet with a colleagues or just sit outside sipping, BRCG is worth consideration.

I went there for the first time and got a smoothie and a sandwich. It was GREAT! Well worth the drive. The people are very nice, can’t wait to go again!
