I usually have good experiences here, but on my last visit, I ordered an iced tea (one of the more expensive teas, too). The barista accidentally made it hot; no problem, mistakes happen. But when they remade it, they decided to resteep the same tea from the first try with new water. In fact, I overheard one worker asking another worker for permission to do it. The resulting iced tea barely tasted like tea. In the end, I just asked them for the original hot tea (which had been set aside) and a cup of ice. They said they weren't allowed to pour it themselves.
My issue is not the mistake; my issue is that they tried to cut corners and save money by using the same tea twice. Verve is still worth a stop, but this trip was kind of a disappointment.

Love me my Gibraltar. Ain't in the menu. Meant to be drunk in the glass it's named after..

I choose the almond milk option because it has the lowest sugar content.

Love this place, great spot to get a warm drink when you get out of the water. Always busy, but worth it. Nice atmosphere for hanging out or doing work.

Never been there, but heard good things and so tried their whiskey syrup cold brew latte and its freaking Tots my Goats! Also got this crazy cookie.

Usually love verve but the guy made our HOT lattes Luke warm… the past two times I’ve been. I don’t live in Santa Cruz but when I go now, I found a better place to stop at with consistent quality. Kinda a bummer :/

Amazing coffee as usual. I love this location because of its scenic views only 2 minutes away. Definitely worth checking out or making a trip for it.

Always the friendliest and brightest here! Beautiful location and shows you the Verve vision. Tasty food, but I think their oat milk flat whites (cappuccinos here) could be better.

Only place open on Christmas so I shouldn't complain.. but our mochas were cold, one slice of toast for a bucket of avocado. Please be better to your personal they deserve it for working on a day when they should have been home with their families.
