Peet's Coffee

I have never left a negative review for a Peet's ever, but I guess theres a first time for everything. The drink was good, as usual. This review is about a staff member. The guys name is Nick, hes blonde, that's all I've got. He may be a manager, but regardless, he was incredibly rude and demeaning to the other 2 workers in the store. I waited for 5 min before I could place my order, not a big deal. We are all outside due to Covid-19, and Nick could not stop yelling at one or both of the other workers "are you gonna help these people or not? I'm trying to work on drinks). The other two were actively making drink orders and Nick was just walking around, puffing his chest out, and being rude, in front of customers. It was really awkward to all of us. Also, he was short with the two women in line, ahead of me. Customer service and swiftness is important, yes, but so is teamwork and showing kindness and professionalism when you're customer facing. I'm not sure I'll be back to this specific location because I dont want to run into Nick again. Sorry to whoever was making drinks. You made a darn fine vanilla Latte today! Thank you for working during these crazy times.

I like peets products but the service here was not good . The workers were legit just standing around talking for the most part . My cashier lacked any sort of a personality or desire to assist me . They don’t greet much either . They stood around not cleaning it something

Great service, staff are very attentive to your needs. Coffee is great, great environment as well. I rate this Peet's Cafe as one of the best in the chain.

Peet's is our favorite coffee. When I need a special grind, advice on brewing or just want to try something a little different or seasonal I head over to Peet's. This store is easy to get to. Staff is very friendly and helpful and they stock a great variety of delicious coffees as well as coffee makers and other assorted stuff.

We only came here to grab some ground coffee beans. Since I make my lattes at home and I don't consume whole lot of coffee, Peet's coffee offer quarter pound of ground coffee as well which fits perfectly for the amount I consume. It can easily last for 2 weeks after which I can grab a fresh batch of ground coffee. Host of my coffee ground was also nice and gave us couple of tips on choosing coffee as well.

Hi Guys, what has happened with your working hours? You changed it from 5.30am-5pm that was great to 7.00am - 12.45pm and turn off mobile order. Is it for a while?

My favorite nearby coffee shop. It's generally quick and convenient. Prices are standard (which is to say, a little high), but not unreasonable. I appreciate that they also take NFC payments, so I can swing by even when I forget my wallet.

This is a beautiful coffeeshop. The baristas and cashiers really know what they are doing!!! I always feel welcomed when I go here. This is my favorite coffeeshop in the area, period. Also, I just seem to enjoy the atmosphere. They have free wifi, with a purchase of anything, and public bathrooms that are well kept and clean. The customers here are also super pleasant. They are receptive to dogs and enjoy talking to each other.

I'm not sure if it's was change of ownership or something else, but in the last year or so, this Peets got much better - interior was reorganized so that there are more places to sit (it was an odd, barren emptyness with a handful of tables before), staff seem more friendly and upbeat. Much better :)

Peets is good, sort of like the sister of Starbucks, I feel they are better and worse than each other in so many ways. They both basically have the same thing, coffee!! I know each has it's own specially drinks and eats, but when I just want a cup of coffee, I go to either.
