Peet's Coffee

I like this location in Rivermark, the only problem is it is under the flight path from SJC so gets noisy when sitting outside.

I like the atmosphere and the coffee is good.

This Peet’s always seems big and impersonal, but the the staff is helpful and the baristas do a fantastic job! The large lobby is helpful with all the pandemic requirements, so you’re not hanging around outside just to place your order. The location is good, although it’s never easy getting out of Rivermark Plaza.

Definitely like this Peet's. Very nice quiet location for breakfast. Really like the outdoor seating, on a weekend looking at people drive/walk by. Friendly staff compared to other locations. Coffee is great too, at times can be a little too sweet when I pick the pumpkin spice (not consistent, depending on whose the barista on duty). Looking forward to return again when I am in town.

My drinks were made with 2% milk when I asked for whole milk. I saw him use 2% then he says let me remake it once he knew it was the wrong milk. Also he is too Damm slow. The manager looks like a Crack head walking back and forth

Been here 100 times probably. The service is great and if not perfect let them know and they'll fix it. There food is somewhere between Starbucks and whole foods quality so decent. People that are giving bad ratings are quoting crazy outrageous drinks and probably don't know how to order /ask for what they'd like. If you get something usual or tell them how you like it--probably not or first time to a coffee/tea shop is it--then it is hard to beat and consistent. Really nice outdoor seating for Rivermark it is the best spot.

It was okay nothing special, just got coffee

Poor Customer Service: We are standing in the queue for 5 minutes and no customers next to us. At 4.57 PM , the guy in the counter says sorry we are closed and no service.
I wish he could have said to someone who is about to enter the shop and not to someone who is already waiting in the queue to order.

This is a cozy coffee shop and the staff here are nice. But I still can’t get over the 70 cents they charge you just to add a splash of a non dairy milk to your coffee. It’s ridiculous to pay so much extra and only motivates me to seek out those coffee places that don’t charge the lactose intolerant/dairy allergy/vegan tax.
