Peet's Coffee

Super friendly staff. This place can get super busy, and the staff handles it very well. Don’t listen to the people complaining about slow service- quality work takes time.

Great staff, quality beverages. Will continue to be a repeat customer.

Thank you for the genuine concern. A couple things were not ideal. The young lady at the register for the order was not hospitable to me or others. Seemed like we were an inconvenience. The pastry I was given was not what I ordered. The person who talked to me when I returned needed to make sure I knew I was wrong and did not start w a good attitude or solution. In the end the party I was with figured out the signs in the display were off. This had me asking for one thing and they knew what that was not seeing at the signs were off. Communication break down.
My issue was how she handled me from the jump. Customer service is coming w a solution not a need to correct me 😢
I could give several examples where a small concession and kindness benefited a business with huge rewards. Thank you again for your interest in understanding the situation.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Peet's. In short, decent coffee and little snacks. Not a destination, but does the job and their coffee actually tastes like coffee (i.e. not burnt battery acid).

Substandard compared to usual Peet’s quality. I ordered one of my go to drinks: havana Cappuccino, it tasted more like plain espresso topped with steamed milk a.k.a regular cappuccino. No hint of cinnamon or condensed milk.

Their croissant is as good as their coffee. A variety of tea leaves such as white tea, black tea and herb tea sells as well.

This is my favorite place to get coffee. Staff is always providing the best customer service, I always feel welcome and enjoy hanging out. Lots of indoor (and outdoor) seating making it a great place to catch up on work with a great cup of Joe.

I think I visited on a bad time... it was super noisy... no chance for me to catch up some reading.

This is my favorite place to get coffee. I love to come here every week to video chat with my mom. The baristas are friendly and there is lots of outdoor and indoor seating. The bathrooms are always clean as well. I also like using the Peet's Coffee app here.

This is my local area coffee shop. They’re standard of products has sadly dropped. Today got a banana bread slice which was for 4.75 something and the slice they gave me was minuscule since it was a far edge of what was once a loaf. Not worth it.
