Active Coffee Co

Been here a few times. Simple black coffee for me. And though my taste buds are loyal to homemade Greek coffee, Active Coffee Co. has a delicious brew.

I operate remotely and find places to post up my laptop to work. Active Coffee Co. is a wonderful secret tucked in the Creamery for me to focus on business.

Adorable, well-decorated coffee shop. I stopped while passing through town to grab some espresso, cold brew, and strong wifi. Super kind, quirky baristas (in an endearing way). Love the wallpaper in the back, too.

Fabulous spot. Friendly staff. Delicious coffee and drinks. Bring your favorite kids for the treat of their lives. We tried the Spooktacular Grape Pop and our 3-year old (and we!) loved the fluffy purplish cotton candy, Halloween sprinkles and grape soda. Soooo good.

Heard about this place from a friend of mine. I stopped by on a hot day to get an iced latte. The girls working there were very friendly and courteous which is refreshing during the times we are in.

It’s a nice coffee shop that just opened a little while ago. I had to keep moving but seems like a great place to hangout and study for school.

“Specialty coffee”…average drink served in a paper cup in-house, with absolutely no service. Underwhelmed.

COFFEE: nice and thick espresso, fresh and very aromatic.
PLACE: very beautiful place to hangout and enjoy a coffee with some snacks. Nice and polite barista.

Best decaf coffee we've had so far! Caffeine-sensitive peeps, we've found it! Staff was so good about going over how the different types of drinks would be like, made it sound so appealing too and DID NOT DISAPPOINT. 10/10 would come back if we ever find ourselves back in SLO.

The barista was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They also serve one of my favorite coffee roasters (Coava from Portland) which made the experience even better. I ordered an oat cappuccino which was one of the best cappuccinos I have had in awhile!

Love Active Coffee Co.!! Such a great place to study and hang out! Their coffee beans are the best too. I love Coava Coffee Roasters. The aesthetic of the shop is awesome as well! Highly recommend trying out there cloud coffee menu too.
