Awesome place and awesome people, hou can find some great coffee in here, the place is just amazing with a lot of refined touches to make you feel in a very nice environment. Really recommend you to come in here !

Best coffee roasters in the South Bay Area! High marks for the vibe of the shop, the taste of the coffee, the knowledge of the staff, and overall experience.

The Coffee:
The coffee here is extremely fresh. They offer coffee from producers in South America. The coffee is recently roasted (ours was roasted 2 days ago when picked it up). The flavor is great. They offer decent varieties and the presentation is wonderful. PLUS, they give you a free coffee or cold brew with each bag! A little pricy but you pay for quality! Much better than the garbage you can buy at the supermarket that was roasted months ago.

The location:
We loved the vibe here! They have outdoor seating, the walls and hallways were decorated with art. It had a small town trendy feel and we stayed longer just to enjoy it! Parking is a little tight but you should be able to find a spot!

Overall, 10/10 for a great coffee experience whether you’re looking to stock up or just enjoy a cold brew in the sun. Will return!

Still the same amazing coffee as always. This is my first time visiting the new venue, there is a little outdoor seating but no indoor seating currently so expect to get to go. The chocolate pecan pastry is delicious.

Good coffee. I got a latte but they were able to accommodate and add a tinge of honey. I would say the pastries are good, even if they can't heat on the spot. The only issue is picking up from the outdoor counter, there is no one to direct the orders once they come out.

A must try got a bag of beans that comes with a bonus cup of 4 types of coffee, flavor is excellent ,savory and sweet pastries are also served here

One of the best places to get coffee in San Jose! Very modern, sleek, cool aesthetics. Excellent customer service. Safety protocols in effect. Lots of parking. Really good espresso and coffee!

Would highly recommend the coconut mocha, but everything we had was good. Lots of nice plants, and a cool space overall.

I love Chromatic Coffee. I have bought a bag of Keynote or other specialties every week for years at this point. Their bags have great designs with collectable seasonal colors and the shop has fantastic local art on display. Their baristas are knowledgeable and happy to chat over methods and product with you.

The espresso is delicious, they have a wonderful variety of tea, and my mornings wouldn't be the same without them.
Given all this, I will say that I wish Chromatic was once again a great space to enjoy a drink with friends. There is only some seating outside, so I only end up coming for the beans or a quick drink. COVID protocols have relaxed so I hope to be able to sit soon. Either way, go try the espresso or a latte and grab a bag for yourself!

The best coffee in San Jose, maybe in Bay Area. They gave me a sample cold brew first. It has very uniquely strong flower smell when I put closer to my nose. They said it’s also the bean to make espresso drinks. The 12 oz pack maybe a little expensive but it’s worth. It’s hard to get beans straight out from where it’s roasted.

As a former barista and technician, I don’t understand what took so long for two small expresso drinks. Coffee was pretty good though.
