I went here a few days ago with my children aged 17 and 18. We bought some of the signature popcorn chicken and I would say that its the best popcorn chicken we've ever had. It was crispy and the flavors were amazing. The cashier was also very nice. 10/10 would visit again.

Hot popcorn chicken rice ... with black tea .. for less than $8 ... taste amazing good... make sure to call in ahead ... lots of orders during lunch

Came in for some boba thai tea it was delicious however the store could use a little cleaning

Place was ok for a quick boba tea. Unfortunately the man working there don't speak english and the place takes only cash. Great price. I would go again only since I work walking distance from there, but not the best place. Small place and I got chocolate milk tea with boba and it tastes like powery nesquick even when shook up. Maybe I will try another flavor next time.

My favorite Super Spicy Popcorn chicken in the SGV. The drinks here are cheap and decent but nothing to rave about. But the chicken is perfect. Only dark meat here like it should be with just the right ratio of flour and potato starch so its not too gummy. Lastly this is the only place I know that can get the Spicy to the level I love. I only wish I got more pieces of fried basil in the bag. If you seek Super Spicy Popcorn chicken this is the only place to go.

Use to love coming here for the fried pork chop meal but after literally being Discriminated for my race. I will never come back here. Every Asian person who walked in to order food received there food before me when I waited for 20mins for mines. How rude and offended I am. At this point they loss a customer who truly loved there food. Never again.

It's been my place to get milk tea for years now! Great prices, friendly staff and remember to get your stamp card stamped!

Food & boba were just okay. Maybe 1/3 of boba was freeze-damaged, and the rest was overcooked. Service wasn't too friendly.

Local dank baller on a budget friendly to gremlins and girls alike, imported manga collection is fire with classic seasoned fries good with just extra "seasoning" or going spicy which goes the same for the popcorn chicken... lit drawings from local kids come add ur art

Great mom and pop's store. Love their popcorn chicken rice, boba is good too.
