Review of Salesforce Tower

Salesforce Tower is a prominent corporate office and business center located at 415 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States. Standing tall and proud, it is the tallest building in the San Francisco skyline, offering breathtaking views of the city and the bay from its upper floors.

The design of Salesforce Tower is a true marvel of our civilization. While some may find the exterior design less appealing, the interior is a different story. Visitors have described it as having one of the nicest designs from the inside. The floor layouts are well thought out, providing comfort and focused work environments for the people who work there.

One of the most interesting features of Salesforce Tower is the elevated park next to it called Salesforce Park. This urban oasis offers a tranquil escape from the bustling city streets. Visitors can take a stroll or sit in the shade and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There is even a small craft beer stand in the park, offering a unique selection of beers for those looking to quench their thirst.

For those lucky enough to attend events on the top floor, they are treated to an absolutely stunning view. With 360-degree views of the bay, the bridge, and the city, it's a delight for the eyes.

It's important to note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Salesforce Tower is currently not open to non-employees. However, once restrictions are lifted, it will once again be a must-visit destination for tourists and locals alike.

Overall, Salesforce Tower is a symbol of San Francisco's skyline and a testament to architectural achievement. Whether you're admiring it from afar or lucky enough to step inside, it's an experience that shouldn't be missed.

(Review of the Ohana floor)
Salesforce periodically offers free tours of their viewing floor to the general public, and all you need to do is register online. The event is very professionally run, and they keep the crowd moving efficiently. Once you get to the top, the view is outstanding, and the friendly staff are on hand to answer questions. Remarkably, it doesn't feel to crowded,so again the people management is excellent.

The observation floor was spectacular! Even though it wasn't a clear day, we were so high up, we could still see everything!!!! We also took the gondola to their park, which is also very nice. They even have a Starbucks at their park, also very nice!!!
The frustrating part I had was making the reservation itself. Being Salesforce, you would think they would have a better way of securing spaces, let me explain. I received an email saying they have some last minute openings and can have 5 guests. But you need to put all their names, place where each person is from, email, and select a time. I did this immediately because I knew it was first come first serve basis and was still not confirmed until I hear back. So I submitted what they asked only to find that it was not available for that particular time slot. I tried again, for a different time slot and none were available. Next, I started eliminating my guests from 5 to 4, and went through the process of submitting for each time slot, but still was not available. So, I kept eliminating my guests at the same time checking all time slots until I was finally able to submit for 2 people--- myself and one other person, and was lucky to secure the 3pm time slot. This was so frustrating 😡. I was contacting my family/friends who would like to come so I can put their names, emails, etc (because it indicates no changes in names after the reservation was confirmed) only to find out that I was not able to secure 5 spots. Originally when I signed up (it's been so long I think it was early or mid 2019) I signed up for a girls outing. There are 4 of us and I thought this would be fun. When I was only able to secure 1 guest, naturally I chose my husband, who by the way, really didn't want to go. Anyway, he accompanied me only because he knew that I really wanted to go.
I would have given this 5 stars if I didn't go through what I went through, because it is really an awesome experience. I encouraged all of my family and friends to sign up, hopefully they will have a better experience of securing more slots for their guests!!!!

My family and I were told that we could go to the top floor and see the city from there. As I looked in the internet I did not find any information that confirmed that, so we decided to go and ask for ourselves at the tower. The receptionists women that were at that time were not i deferent to our presence, but were look at us in a way that said “you are not welcome here” the manager man that was that quickly step in and say we could not go in and then walked away. The way my family and I were treated was not only rude, but inappropriate by those workers.

The Salesforce Tower is an ultra modern and efficient building dominating the skyline of SF. They meet or exceed all sustainability initiatives by being LEED Platinum certified. The use of office and conference room space is well thought of and the architecture lends itself to bring in a lot of natural light. You can imagine being productive while working here. I look forward to more buildings on this level of thoughtful design and use.

Beautiful space. The slow elevators, and out of service escalators, and streetside construction barriers (surrounding the as yet nonfunctional gondola) , the effort in arriving and departing takes much of the joy out of the experience ). As a public space it should be more accessible.

Vince Maret

A new iconic building in the city.
