-The automatic robot coffee barista at SFO in Terminal 3 is cool to watch. -However, the quality of the Americano was just meh. -You are definitely paying to watch the robot do it's thing, as well as watching it wave hello to you in-between orders.
Overall, for a little over $6, you get an average coffee, but a cool robot show you can enjoy. P.S. Soon your job will be replaced by a robot like this in the near future!
This machine is terrible and I would give a 0 if I could. I bought the honey creme cold brew but the machine is out of coffee. So instead I got a cup of only milk and I paid $6.25 for it. Also, the cup is really messy because the empty hose is trying to fill coffee but it was empty. So instead, it was spraying droplets. I wanted to get a refund and the contact for Cafex was almost impossible to find. Zero support and still waiting for a reply for a refund. I was very angry and upset with what I got.
This place is actually really cool. This is the first time that I see you a robot making you coffee It’s kind of funny and interesting to see this thing. Lots of people was around and curious how to work I like the idea.
Still not sure how I feel about coffee made by a robot. Too many of my friends work as baristas. Can't say the staff were particularly friendly, not a lot of banter...
Use at your own risk. The robot placed my cup in the wrong place and dumped all my coffee down the drain. The support phone number is disconnected and I never received a response to the email I sent asking for a refund. I'm sure I just got unlucky, but it still lost me $7.
This is definitely an only in San Francisco experience for sure. Had a layover on the way to Reno. All the other coffee shops were closed, so why not? This coffee was incredible and made by a robot. Needless to say, it was an experience and I was happily surprised. Would recommend if you are flying through.
Well this was a fun way to buy a coffee at San Francisco airport! Took a wander over to the Harvey Milk terminal and found this and of course had to get a coffee. Ordered a flat white (obvs - I’m a kiwi) and it was actually pretty good.

This coffee robot is a total rip-off. Paid $5.50 for a Latte and get a shot of expresso

Very cool! It serves intelligentsia coffee. My mocha was delicious, and it was fun to watch the robot make it. Service was fast and easy.

Cute robot makes and serves you cofee and cookies. I would love to see the US move toward more vending machines and things like this.
