I can't wait to go back. Every dish was delicious but the sea dishes stood out above the rest. We did have the lamb meatballs, the spaetzle, the grilled octopus and also the Hamachi tartar. The Hamachi was just the best. I could eat that over and over again. It was a very uptown feel and the service was respectable.

Incredible restaurant! The brunch experience was top notch from the service to the food. Sticky bun and chilaquiles are a must try if you’re there for brunch. The blackberry mimosas were a great accompaniment.

Trust was an amazing restaurant that we had during our vacation in San Diego. The price point is medium-high. You choose between many small to medium tapas-style dishes that range from vegetarian to seafood to meat options. Everything we ordered (pictured here) was absolutely delicious.
Definitely coming back, should we come to San Diego again!

A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience after a day at the zoo. We arrived at 8 on a weekday with a reservation made earlier in the day. There were tables available and the bar open at the time. The plates are small; made with the intention of sharing. Our waiter recommended 3-4 for 2 people. Prices are ~15-25$ per plate. Desserts 10$. The menu changes by the month with a focus on incorporating local and fresh, high quality ingredients. Highly recommend if you are looking for a treat and smaller portions; you won’t be disappointed. Kudos to the waiter - knowledgeable with spot on suggestions.

I wanted to give it 5.... the food was amazing.... the host was charming... the bartender was welcoming... the waitress was so sweet... but unfortunately the expeditor brought the experience down a notch - no pleasantries, no explanations, no dialogue - just drop and go. GO AND ENJOY - you might get someone else that rounds out a great dinner experience.

For reals, one of the best restaurants in all of San Diego! I've had the luxury of photographing (and then eating) their delicious food and can truly say, everything on the menu is divine. Also, their service is probably the best I've ever experienced. The ambiance is amazing, the drinks are phenomenal, go try for yourself!

Great dinner and cocktails. Pictured in no particular order is the profiterole, lamb meatballs with lentils, zucchini with hummus, pork and beef potstickers with fried shitake, squash and cure ham, Hamachi avocado tartar with taro chip. All the dishes were exceptionally well thought out and had fresh and quality ingredients. Cocktails were nice but the wine was only OK. Overall we all greatly enjoyed our meal and we're excited to come back.

Trust is our favourite brunch place in San Diego. We discovered this place over a year ago and ever since then we keep coming back. Fried chicken and Pancake are my favourite. Not overly sweet and crispy chicken with a little kick. It's dynamite!
The service is super friendly & nice seating. I love that they use reservation so you don't have to wait in long lines like other brunch places!
My girlfriend tried the fried rice and she loved it.
I've had the chilaquiles which are my second favourite, the rolled tacos, the salmon. Etc. Everything that comes out of this kitchen has been amazing!
10/10 recommend!

Not impressed at all as we had what looked delicious on the crepes with egg bacon avocado and it was absolutely terrible, we also ordered a yogurt with granola and fruits and it was really awful, the coffee was ok and the Chai ice was like the pours a bottle of cinnamon in the drink, the patio eating area outside smelled like urine bad. Won’t be returning.

Used to love this place... food was on point and delicious. My most recent visit just wasn’t the same. The service was great, no complaints there. They don’t serve any type of espresso drink, only drip coffee. In this day and age, every restaurant should be able to give you an americano if you fancy one. The meals were not tasty like before, the flavor profiles were not good. I ordered the cod, it was good except it had an overpowering taste of parsnip. The spaetzle did not taste good! The profiteroles did not taste fresh, although they were the highlight of the meal in hindsight.
