Brunch lived up to the hype. The cocktails were tasty and inventive. The food was tasty. The sticky bun was very fun (maybe too fun to start off the meal with cause of the ice cream?). Service was very attentive and nice.

***BE SURE TO MAKE A RESERVTION***

Been wanting to come here but always have trouble getting here before 2pm on the weekend. Service was superb, and my water glass was never empty. Nothing on the menu was ordinary, for example, this shrimp omlette that I ordered. I was skeptical at first, but after the first bite, I was amazed by how these ingredients are creatively put together! My friend ordered a pork shoulder dish, and it definitely worth the price.

Amazing burger. I'm generally a burger purist and am not crazy about "nontraditional" ingredients (I once went to a burger restaurant where they said they didn't have any ketchup? Seriously?) Anyway, Trust's burger has (if I remember correctly) bacon tomato jam, pickled onions, and arugula. The flavor combination is divine. It's different enough from a traditional burger to be unique, but not so different that you feel like you're not really eating a burger.

Most importantly, the burger is cooked to perfection, and that's not just a lucky one-off. I've ordered the burger three times now and every time it has been the juiciest burger I've ever had. Whatever chef is back there cooking these burgers, give that person a raise.

We've also had the pancakes and fried rice, both of which were also great.

The only negative thing I can say is that when I went at 12:30 on a Saturday, I had to wait a long time for the food to arrive. But I've also gone two other times and in those cases it was very prompt. Worth the wait in any case.

Trust specializes in small dishes so you get lots of variety. Everything we ordered was over the top amazing. Roasted fig salad with goat cheese, oxtail raviolini, braised pork belly and steamed clams were all SO delicious! A little pricey but for a date night I would highly recommend! Service was outstanding as well.

Had brunch here and I think having a reservation is the way to go; we got seated right away. If you want the Ultimate sticky bun, best bet is to go before 11am because they are limited. I ordered the French toast and it was amazing. I also ordered the pork shoulder hash, oh so delicious. I took away one star because our server never came by to check on us nor did he fill our water until we were about to leave.

Food was delicious and our server, Connor, was amazing. He took great care of us and answered all the questions we had and gave great suggestions.

Happy brunch time! It’s so nice to have this yummy brunch at a sunny Saturday morning. Restaurant is beautiful at both indoor and outdoor spaces. We chose outdoor because the weather was super nice. For brunch. I ordered pancakes & fried chicken. The pancakes are 3 pieces, they are really fluffy, spongy and thick which I like a lot. And the Fried chicken was even more amazing. Crunchy outside and juicy inside! My husband’s salad bowl was nice too, he really enjoyed it! It’s a nice spot that I recommend for sure.

Great dinner spot with smallish, shareable plates. We ordered 4 plates for two people. From start to finish we had 1. Golden Beet Salad 2. Wood Grilled Octopus 3. Braised Oxtail Raviolini 4. Smoked & Braised Lamb Shoulder. Everything was great with incredible flavors. The lamb shoulder was my favorite, while the golden beet salad was my girlfriend's favorite (my 2nd favorite). Honestly, the golden beet salad is a bit of a sleeper, which you should seriously consider. I did not see it mentioned on review sites, but it was a recommendation by our server. Its burrata base has a citrus flavor that I was not expecting, but was incredible, and the poppy seeds were the cherry on top. Very underrated dish! Unfortunately, the octopus was a bit disappointing - probably after reading so much praise online. Overall, the dish was too salty for us - but the presentation was great. We enjoyed our time and hope to visit again for brunch!

Incredible brunch experience! I highly recommend getting the side of sausage. The wood fire grill can't be beat. The fried chicken was so moist and the salmon toast with goat cheese was delicious!

An excellent place for a cocktail and breakfast sandwich, especially a Sunday brunch atmosphere. I think the only thing that needs work are the chilaquiles, but those have no place on a menu like this anyway.
