Wow! That's what I got for you. Anthony is outstanding at the bar. Nice outdoor space. Beautiful indoor space. Lighting inside could be lower. Amazing food and cocktails. This place is it! Visiting you much check it out!

The wood grilled cauliflower, hush puppies, & braised oxtail raviolini were quite good, as was the not-too-sweet vanilla ice cream topped peanut dessert special.

The menu is mostly made of small plates but also made to share. Recommend getting 2-4 plates for a party of 2. Definitely try the Angnoletti, lamb shoulder, gem lettuce salad and the swordfish belly!!

impeccable tapa style food, charming service, chic atmosphere. sat at the bar, had the grilled octopus (terrific, but spicy), ricotta ravioli (rich and decadent with shaved truffles. was blown away by the “Ants on a Log” desert the bartender recommended. Bravo.

We came here to try something new in San Diego and try to stay away from the tourist area. I ordered the simple breakfast and some pancakes, my wife had the chilaquiles plate. The simple breakfast was very good, over easy eggs were perfect, country potatoes a bit salty but good. I had a taste out of my wife's chilaquiles, they were a bit sour to the taste. I never had chilaquiles with paprika, but in my opinion, there is no need to be creative with chilaquiles, keep it simple with the salsa. Now here comes the part that ruined my food, the pancakes were badly burned, and when I was eating it, I had this horrible taste, it tasted as if I had a full spoon of salt 🤢. They used baking soda to make the pancakes fluffy, but it was too much. That is why I have to give them a 2 stars.

Absolutely and easily the best food I've had while dinning out for a couple of years. The flavors are complex and simply delicious. There wasn't a single thing I wanted to alter, every dish was perfect.

The drinks were ok.

The service also phenomenal!

That being said this is not a restaurant which serves large quantities. I would classify it closer to a tapas restaurant with smaller portions but great quality food.

I will be coming back next time I visit San Diego.

Really enjoyed my meal. Everything a little salty but might have been my choices and tbf I like salt so no complaints. Best meal
I’ve had in SD so far.

The food was amazing. Went with a group of 4, which was the perfect size. We dined family style, so we just ordered everything we wanted to try and everyone got a bite or two. Love it when the waiters give their take on the different options and then he staged the food to come out at well timed intervals. All the flavors were on point. Will definitely be back.

Beef tartare and wood grilled octopus were delicious, whatever they made the potatoes with was incredible. We ordered extra bread to dip it so we could favor all the juices.

Superb fried chicken with a lil spice which is nice. Pancakes instead of waffles with honey butter and syrup-nice touch!

I had the albacore tartare (good) and the barramundi (fantastic). The server was good and very knowledgeable. I will definitely return. We also had the Take 5 dessert, which was very good.
