We had Sunday brunch reservations at 11:15 am for the patio and were seated immediately. The patio is very spacious with heaters and is dog friendly. Make sure to give yourself plenty to time to park because there is no parking lot. The staff were all very friendly, quick, and attentive. We ordered the seasonal sticky bun (salted caramel persimmon), braised bacon grilled cheese, and pork belly poutine. The seasonal sticky bun was amazing. It's quite big so it is a great option for sharing. It came with salted caramel sauce, vanilla ice, persimmons, and oaty crumble. This was definitely a highlight and we would come back again to try another flavor. The braised bacon grilled cheese sandwich was really tasty - the portion size felt perfect (not too big). The sandwich had thick bacon inside of it and the mornay sauce on top made it extra special. The pork belly poutine was good but it felt a little salty and light on the pork belly. One thing to note about the brunch menu is there is a very limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks like coffee and tea. They seemed to only have black coffee - no lattes, chai tea, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed the food, service, and spacious outdoor seating. I would recommend coming here for brunch.

Good food! The menu is mostly made of small plates but also made to share. Recommend getting 4-6 plates for a party of 4. Definitely try the Angnoletti, lamb shoulder and swordfish belly!!;

The BEST burger in the neighborhood!
Only served at brunch nowadays…
That bacon bourbon jam is absolutely delicious..
My friend also loved his salmon toast.
Will always come back!

Highly recommend. Delicious dinner option within walking distance of Balboa Park. Stopped in without reservations, sat at the bar, had a great dinner, delicious drinks, and a unique dessert. The bartenders crafted cocktails with precision and care.

Very tasty brunch food. Cocktails were good but not exceptional. No avocado toast for brunch which is surprising but at least the server suggested we could get a side of avocado and add to the smoked salmon toast!

Went in for Halloween Sunday Brunch and absolutely loved it. From the Hostess to the Bartender to the Manager everyone was exceptional especially our waitress Earlease! We had a nice little family style brunch. Started off with the Sticky Bun which was a deconstructed Rocky Road Sticky Bun. Delicious. We had the Braised Bacon Grilled cheese which was served on a delicious buttery brioche, as well as the Albacore Tartare and the Baked Eggs. We also had the Kale salad, the Chilaquiles, the Smoked Pork Shoulder Hash, the Fried Rice, and the Pancakes & Fried Chicken. For me the Baked eggs and the Hash as well as the kale salad were the standouts. We didn't try the cocktails so I'll definitely be back for dinner and drinks. Overall amazing Brunch and would highly recommend.

Fantastic brunch. The baked eggs were a flavorful shakshuka style dish with Moroccan spice, tomatoes, beans, and onions and a wonderful tzatziki. Big enough to share. The pancakes and fried chicken were a fun spin on the southern tradition of chicken and waffles. The pancakes were fluffy and light with a wonderful vanilla flavor that made syrup unnecessary. The crispy chicken bites were complemented by a spicy chutney. Service was top notch, very attentive and personable and provided excellent recommendations.

THIS RESTAURANT IS AMAZING! Don’t continue scrolling, just eat here. I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, I’ve been in San Diego for 3 weeks now and tried a bunch of places but this one comes it at #1. The portions are small, really they’re for sharing, and you really should share and try to taste as many dishes as possible. We started with scallops and the sun-chokes, then we got the ricotta agnolotti, finally the grilled Branzino. For dessert we got the banana bread and earl grey tea puffed pastry (the one that looks like a tower in the photos) they were both good but the banana bread was better in my opinion. Everything was incredible though, highly suggest eating here for a fancy evening. The drinks were delicious, the service was great, it’s on the pricey side but super worth it!

Delicious food! We got the Baby Gem salad (so good, but too heavy on the dressing), pork shoulder hash (must get), French toast, and chilaquiles (my least favorite but this came with the largest portion). My only two things about our visit was that food came very slowly and they didn’t have espresso, only cold brew. The brunch vibes are great though, the restaurant was very well lit and it’s a great spot to catch up with friends and have a good time chatting.

While I was on vacation I was looking for a great brunch spot and Trust pulled up as one of the top. Went there it was pretty busy so I highly recommend you make a reservation. We got lucky and found a spot at the bar with full menu. We ordered steak and eggs, lox toast, French toast and cold brews. The food was incredible and service was decent but the food took forever to get. I definitely recommend the place but two things to keep in mind: make reservations and be patient because at the end the food is worth it!
