I had the honor of tasting London fog, Hojicha Matcha, Spro shooter, and some baked goods (Chocolate Banana nut bread, Pecan Maple scones, and Alfrajores "Dulce De Leche Cookie").
All 3 beverages were tasty, just depends on what you're craving. Theflavor that was to my liking would be the London fog and Hojicha Matcha. But the shooter did assist with the caffeine. The baked goods were tasty, I'd recommend the Chocolate banana bread. Also, the baristas were very kind & lovely ladies.

A cashier-less coffee place in a corner, outdoor seating, inside seating, spacious, calm, casual, relaxed, clean, modern, gallery vibe with artistic photography, merch from their brand and art.

I've been stuck on jury duty for 2 weeks and trying coffee shops all over this area. Portal Coffee is the clear winner! Definitely worth the walk from the courthouse ☺️

Latte with rose vanilla house made syrup! Nice aesthetic, friendly staff, fun music. Indoor and outdoor seating, dog-friendly for sure. Bought myself some beans too!

Nice little spot in the midst of all the modernity! Great deck out front to take in the breeze while enjoying an excellent espresso...

Possibly the best latte I've ever had. The self kiosk was easy and service was fast. Friendly people.. I'm going back tomorrow.

The loveliest staff, most consistently crafted cappuccinos in SD, and great vibes on the patio. Love it. This is the cool coffee hangout Little Italy needs. And for those who need carbs with caffeine, be warned their ever growing selection of top notch pastries sell out!

Such a great little find in Little Italy by the waterfront. It has a super cute patio outside, lots of tables & light inside. Very chill vibe. It doesn’t blast music like some coffee shops.
The avocado toast with egg was delicious. It was big enough to split with someone. The matcha was strong and I really liked it! Service staff are all lovely. Definitely recommend checking this place out for your next coffee/matcha run.

Best coffee place in San Diego. Coming from Germany I am so happy to see more coffee places like this one around and the coffee was simply perfect. Tasted good, no additional sweeteners and everything is possible iced. The atmosphere inside is very easy going, lots of space to work from and sit outside in the sun. They also have some snacks and food and the have a weekly tea and coffee menu that changes. Plus super nice staff! Couldn't be better! Danke :)

Cutest coffee shop downtown! We stopped here on a Sunday morning before we left for a cruise, and it was the best coffee I had on our whole vacation!
All staff members were incredibly friendly. They have all kinds of fun treats, kombuchas, beans, and extras to buy. And you can’t go wrong with espresso, of course. My latte was awesome, and the atmosphere was nice. We were able to sit for awhile and enjoy our drink without it being too noisy or overcrowded.
There was a constant flow of customers in and out, so obviously this is the place to be! We will definitely come back next time we’re in San Diego!
