Best breakfast I've had all year. Delicious stuffed french toast and amazingly good scrambles. Their English muffin is unique and a must try! Will come back with friends most def.

Very good place, good food, nice other things too! I end up getting something new every time I head there. Also, I bought one of my favorite coffee mugs here!

I like the chinese chicken salad here, and I really like the lemon bars :9

Today I stopped by just to ask for some extra salad dressing- a small container- because when my wife bought a large container of Chinese chicken salad yesterday, it did not have enough dressing. The lady At the counter said: “that will be $.75”. While the cost was not important, I was a bit sad that they didn’t offer the dressing from the kindness of their heart; and being a foundation business of the Marin community. I have always spoken highly of Comfort’s salads. When I worked as a RN in the hospital, one of my patients ordered me a salad. Now, I think that I will just make my own salads. Then I won’t have to recall this negative experience. They obviously don’t need my business.

Incredibly fresh, delicious and home made food of the highest quality. The chicken nuggets are THE BEST! They're like nothing you've ever had before.

Food was very good but the service was disorganized and slow. When we were leaving we tried to buy some cookies from the deli section. Patrons were still sitting at tables eating. We were told in the most rude and abrupt fashion "No, the restaurant has been closed for 20 minutes." I am from out of town and had no idea the restaurant had closed. You don't expect such blatant rudeness after a $50.00 lunch. I think the owners should do something about employee training and service recovery.

A neighborhood gem- where you can pick up a really good Chinese Chicken Salad and of course the Chicken Okasan( breaded chicken).
Great selections of salads and sides for picnic or if you're not in the mood to cook tonight.

If you are looking for great chicken salad this is the place to go to located in beautiful downtown San Anselmo although parking is a bit of a challenge but well worth it comforts has been around for many many years they also offer an alternative to chicken salad to the vegetarian they offer a tofu salad they have a little sit-down place inside you can have breakfast but they are best known for their chicken salad they also sell their signature dressing by the bottle they also sell a variety of other items besides their salads you can also buy baked goods and very delicious desserts and pastries and cookies if you are looking to host an event Comforts also offers catering

Best Chinese chicken salad in the area! Love to get it to go and take it to the beach when we're visiting family.

LOL. I've lived here 11 years, eaten Comforts food several times throughout those years, but never been to it until now. I enjoyed time with a dear friend sipping drinks al fresco and wished I had planned on picking up dinner. If I lived closer I'd be a regular.

Food can be of good quality but everything is microwaved. Ridiculously complex ordering and payment system that leaves you confused as your food is getting cold. Barley soup had barely any barley no pun intended and was extremely oily. Overall a very bad experience with proper management this restaurant would be much better. Avoid.......
