Today was my first time and the drinks are amazing but the customer service was even better. Thank you Melo for being sweet and patient!

I am also rating them here since they moved moved to Arden, but based out of their original location.

The drinks are way too sweet for my taste, but the reason for the low stars is not because of that. I’ve talked to a few vendors at the markets they have and it sounds like they have markets without requiring food permits from their food vendors. I asked the city about this and they’ve apparently been warned before but still haven’t done anything about this. Please be careful if you go to their markets, they don’t require permits for food and you could get food illnesses from the other vendors they have here.

They also charge $125-$250 for a vendor spot which is actually 100x the price of most vendor spots at more popular market. They are a money grab with no care for public health.

Super great customer service; helpful in deciding what drink was right for me. Had oatmilk for milk substitute; love their protein shakes with added shot expresso. Also their baristas got such cute pins on, it is always nice seeing baristas showing off their personality through pin choices

Made a pit stop here while shopping in Arden Fair mall and had the best latte I've had in ages. It's all in the bean, and whoever their roasters are, they are serving the best. Better than Starbucks or Peets by a mile.

When I first got into the mall, I got an iced mocha with their tapioca boba. Once I finished shopping I needed another drink!! So before I left I got a butterfly milk tea & both drinks were 10/10!!!! This is for sure going to be my new go to place, the whole store is a vibe and the workers are so welcoming.

Onit the first thing I do every time I go to Arden. The team is friendly and drinks are amazing! I always treat my friends when its their first time trying Onit.

I like what they are about and their mission to give back to the community through nonprofits, but I don't get what the hype is about the drinks. We got 2 different drinks -- the vanilla matcha latte with strawberry jelly and the sunset smoothie with strawberry popping boba -- and they were SO mediocre. One was too sour and one was too sweet and it just tastes like powders, syrups, and milk to me. We finished them just because we came out so far to try them and paid for them. With so many good boba places in the area...even NEXT DOOR to this shop in the mall...I would never come back. :(
In my opinion they also offer too many options (lemonade, coffee, tea, milk tea, protein shakes, milkshakes, slush, etc.) and I don't like their build your own drink option either. The menu was hard to read and navigate.

The Reese’s protein shake was so good! I like that they have a variety so there’s always something new to try.

Don't understand the hype, their drinks are just ok, nothing spectacular, ordered a latte and the coffee flat even with all the cream and sugar. Their staff wear shorts and stained t-shirts like they are just working in their garage or something, at least wear something clean and wear pants for goodness sake. 😐

Its taste was terrible. I recommend other people not to drink this. Boba was too sweet and filled with just syrup.
