Super convenient during covid especially because of their outside seating. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable of each beverage. Sholiday was the gentleman who stood out the most in helping me. I recently learned they offer food but only on the weekend. 10/10 experience.

Rated 6th best coffee shop in the country by food and wine in 2019. I didn't like coffee until I started coming here and had truly amazing coffee. Now I love coffee because of this place. The staff is always really friendly and the food is great.

This is one of the best coffee shops in the area. It's nice to find a roastery that doesn't roast too dark. The barista are knowledgeable, steam milk and pull espresso well. There are great seating options, and brunch on the weekends is delicious! I love that they have vegan options.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I was in the neighborhood and honestly just wanted a place that served a great cup while I read the news.

The coffee was delicious, staff was amazing, and the atmosphere is exactly what I was looking for.

I'm not a coffee connoisseur but a lot of more expensive boutique coffee tastes like acidic motor oil to me. Arcade serves aromatic and delicious coffee with pronounced flavors, but BALANCED overall, yielding a savorable and drinkable product. Staff is friendly and happy to talk about coffee and the business. Seating area is hip and clean.

The management and employees that I have met have been very polite and friendly. There drip coffee was a bit on the strong side for me but you can not be expected to please everyone. On the plus plus side... They roast there coffee beans on site so you know that you are getting the freshest and tastiest cup of coffee possible. Well done.

First off, I find their hours of operation goofy to say the least. Arcade quickly overpowers their coffee's limited availability with quality over all else. I like the fact the tip is rolled up into the price. I like that the description of profile on the whole beans actually smells like what they claim. If it says chocolate, almond, dried fruit you can easily identify those qualities. It's the best coffee shop around the IE for sure.

Amazing coffee shop in the Riverside area! I love looking for new cafés and finding the best coffee shop for studying and hanging out. I think I found THE one! When my friend told me about this place, I had to check it out. They have pretty short hours but it encourages you to come in early and get work done! They close at 2PM which is pretty early but I love coming in early anyways for some coffee and their amazing pastries.

The inside of the café is so aesthetically pleasing. There are so much seating that range from sofas, benches and several community tables. I love sitting on the main community table to the left of the shop because it has a foot rest. There are also a lot of plugs and USB cables along the walls and on the tables for you to charge your computer and phone. It's perfect for studying and getting your work done! It can get pretty packed and noisy when there's a rush so bring in earphones if you can't work in loud environments.

The servers and workers are so nice and very welcoming. I notice that they recognize a lot of their regulars. They are always so friendly and they even let my friend borrow a MacBook charger because he ran out of battery!

I was surprised that this place had a "no tipping policy" to ensure that there was no awkwardness with the server and the customer. They simply encourage you to keep coming in for their coffee! Amazing!

To top it all off, their drinks and pastries are so good. My friend, a coffee enthusiast, is obsessed with their Ameri-cola which is a shot of americano and Coca-cola. Try something new if you'd like!

The people are wonderful and very friendly! Their knowledge of coffee is off the charts. And if you are lucky enough to enjoy the weekend brunch menu then yes you have been blessed with greatness!!!!

They take time to present a carefully crafted product. Whether it be a simple latte, or their brekky burrito, these guys are serving up quality. The open seating, open restaurant style, where you can just hang out, makes it very much feel like you are over at a friend's house. Excellent place to get coffee and chat, great atmosphere.
