Yes this place is so delicious but I don't like that they keep getting new people every time I go theres new people they don't know how to keep their employees. I don't like that because when they have new employees they serve our food differently or they say we can't add that we can't do that wait a minute charge me I don't care just make it how i ask for it. I come here all the time almost like one day yes one day no. But they need to change something employees are very nice every time I go because every time I go there's new people. Boss is too strict that's what it seems like. Prices here are a little high but very worth it.

I go here because I love to support Rialto's local businesses, but for the past few caramel frappes I've ordered all were not completely blended and had chunks of ice left. The spicy torta is a nice addition.

Coffee nutzz is a place to get amazing coffee and have great customer service. Everyone is always helpful and they make your coffee right.

I love this place. I been coming here since they opened, I live now in San diego and every time we come down. We have to stop here, the ice cream is the best we love it. I wished it stayed the way it was but as long as you stay open I'm glad. Hope they can open one in San diego. Thank you

Expensive and nasty... i ordered the chocolate chip frappe.. it was just too sweet..And too caffeinated.. I don't even know how to explain it.. the taste was too strong.. but not delicious.. not enjoyable. First and last time buying here.

I sadly come here almost everyday because I believe their coffee and food options are better than Starbucks. The staff is always friendly, fast, and kind when ordering and paying.

Me & my roommates were there for a long time. All of a sudden, I got a free grande drink, super delicious! They got sandwiches, all for free. They were supper sweet, treated us like family, so comfy. The guy was training a girl & he just seemed so nice. He showed that he cared for all his customers, each one that came in. Super super happy with this place! I’m not from around here, but I loved it.!!!

First time here, we were driving around town and wanted Boba found this place on Google and here we are. Drink were great, also got a delicious grilled cheese. There is a drive thru, service was good and fast. I recommend if you're looking for a cool drink on a hot day.

Their smoothies and ice cream are great. However there customer service seriously needs work. On the last occasion I came here the girl helping me refused to give me my large smoothie in a small cup; it was for a 6 year old and I didn't want a mess in the car since he didn't have a large enough cup holder. I was paying for a large I just wanted it in a small cup, the girl refused; when I approached the window I asked if I can get a small empty cup and if she could transfer the smoothie in a small cup because again I was driving and I did not want a mess in my car. She said she was not allowed so instead Gave me the cup and said I could do it myself...worst experience ever, at least Starbucks employees treat you with the highest standards possible.
