Philz Coffee

Waited 20 min. Okay. Screwed up order. Still okay. Asked for nothing, but informed the woman on staff there was a mistake. She wanted to argue with me. Still doing so as I walked away.

The service at Philz is great as are their beverages. Their hot chocolate is the best I've ever had. I'm pleasantly surprised by how good it is every time.

Coffee is typical high quality Philz, the store is pleasant, but I prefer other store layouts (hello San Mateo) that have a better waiting-for-coffee area.

Good, friendly service but leave yourself some extra time if you get a burrito. They are worth the wait. Love the Palo Alto Firefighter pepper sauce.

Mint mohito (iced sweet and creamy) and code33 (hot: medium medium) are my two favorites at Philz. This is probably one of the best coffee experience anywhere in the US.

Mint mojito was fanatically refreshing, smooth and delicious. This was on visit number two, after having stopped in the day before, for a tasty cup of coffee, and after a strong recommendation from a local friend.

I have to say I always look forward to stopping for a iced mint mojito when I come to California. I can't seem to find it anywhere else. If you haven't tried a mint mojito yet, give it a try. Oh my gosh... It is sooooooo good. I am going back tomorrow for another cup. 😊

You can find pretty huge lines here in the morning. I believe they have an app that you can use to order too. But I don’t like their chai. It’s not my taste. But they were kind enough to refund my money when I left s feedback

Honestly, I didn't find the experience special. For a non-busy time of day, I waited a long time to get my coffee. The coffee was just ok to me. Maybe I need to try something different next time.

Had to order the lightest coffee they had to get a cup that didn't taste burned.

Great serice though!

By the way no espresso drinks.
