This restaurant is a bit of a walk from downtown, but it does mean that you can get a table sooner for breakfast than other places. I got a great breakfast burrito. The coffee was okay. I think it was good overall.

Best breakfast in Redding, hands down. Really nice staff. To-go orders are made fast.

As much as I want to give them higher score, I just can’t. The food was mediocre, we’ve been told over the phone that we don’t need to make any reservations cause there is no line, we’ve showed up 6 minutes later and waited for 37 minutes.
On the plus side, the awesome freshly squeezed orange juice and the service team!

I will not reveal the flaws in the food because it could be one time event.

Trendy's is so delicious, everything is always cooked perfectly and they always have great specials, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. There are no bad choices.
The biscuits and gravy are fluffy and wonderful, the french toast is PERFECT, couldn't ask for better.
I try to stop there anytime I'm in Redding needing breakfast or lunch. Don't miss out!

Biscuits Great, Omlet a bit bland and dry, potatoes excellent. A bit small and cramped inside which made it hard to hear the people you were eating with.

Nice breakfast spot with a diner feel. Friendly staff and great specials. I had the 'Sroom in Cali omlette with a homemade biscuit and fried potatoes. Everything was tasty but could have used some more salt and pepper. They also have delicious fresh squeezed orange juice.

Great little diner brunch spot we found on our way back from camping at Lake Shasta. It really hit the spot and best of all the portion sizes are on point. A bit of a wait to get in as it's small and popular so put your name in right away and be prepared to wait 20-40 minutes around peak brunch times. We had the scrambled eggs and ham with the roasted potatoes (opted not to have the hash browns but they looked delicious) with a side of biscuits and gravy, and corn beef hash. Flavors in general were great, the biscuits were very fluffy and delicious..did I mention the big portion sizes. We also had the chorizo and scrambled eggs breakfast tacos, they were fantastic and were on special for the weekend The only somewhat negative would be the gravy didn't have any flavor and the corn beef hash was a little off as well. Other than that, great food, great price, great portions, great service, and a great diner!!

The coffee was excellent and I tried the Monte Cristo and definitely loved it!! I only ended up eating half because it was so filling! The staff are very friendly and excellent and without a doubt enrich the warm diner atmosphere. I loved the fall decorations and feel this is a perfect breakfast spot. Definitely coming again
