The Theory Collaborative. Very minimalist interior but a good amount of seating. Today we got a hot Latte and Mocha with a chocolate croissant and a ham and gruyere cheese croissant. All their baked goods are from Tin Roof! And that's our favorite! Coffee was delicious and pastries were spot on. We were greeted by a nice man who gave us a couple free sample shots of the kombucha that they had on tap. Turns out he was the husband of the wife who makes it and it was good and Ive never tried it before. It was a nice experience overall. Coffee made with love! Food is great! Will be back very soon. Id say the only thing missing would be some art on the walls! It would be great to see local art go support the community and maybe even have a chance to buy! Thanks for reading! 🌸

This is one of the best coffee places in Redding. It has all the good vibes and the atmosphere is so welcoming, its the perfect place to go when ever u just want to sit with friends or spend the whole day doing homework. The service is always amazing and the coffee is even better. 10/10 would recommend!

First time there today. Coffee was good but I felt like an outsider for sure. Not very welcoming. The breakfast pastry was also quite a bit over cooked. This is the part I took off to make it kind of edible.

Love the spot. They have reusable cups but don’t give them always by default. If you care about the environment, make sure to ask for a reusable cup before you order!

Amazing to see a small shop that's focusing on single origin ethically sourced coffee. Ordered the hot americano. The espresso was smooth and deep and had lingering citrus notes that left me wanting more. They offer online ordering will order direct because I'm from out of town. Keep up the great work.

Favorite place in town. The people who work here are always smiling and friendly. Pastries from Roof are unique and delicious and the coffee itself is to die for. Beautiful space and vibe. Can't say enough good things.

Theory's new location is fantastic. The staff is really friendly, the coffee is great, and the design of the place is modern and clean. It's a great place to hang out and get some work done or meet with friends. There is a variety of seating, although they are often pretty busy so you may have to wait for a table if you want to stay in. It's worth the though. This is also the only nice coffee shop in Redding that is open late on the weekends.

The one thing that I would change is that I wish there were more power outlets. There have been a few times when I brought my laptop to work on something, and I could not because at least half of the seats don't have access to a power outlet.

Elevated coffee experience. I wish there was one in every city! The coffee is not bitter at all and I really enjoyed the seasonal drinks. The space is also inviting, clean, and modern.

Perfect single origin cappuccino. Delicious breakfast sandwich on local bread with avocado and Thick-sliced Canadian bacon. The Beat. Local macaroons. Award winning Ethiopian Beans. Class and excellence inside and out. Way to go owners and staff - on the new remodel - beautiful. Friendly owners and staff. You make our city better by providing a solid community relationship building atmosphere.
