This coffee is serious! I’ve sought out craft roasters all over the world and this place is, hands down, one of the best experiences ever! Their coffee will change your life!

Coffee is very good, strong with bold flavors. I tried their butter beer soad coffee which was very different. Wouldn't recommend it though. Carbonation in coffee is just not my thing I guess. Otherwise, no complaints. Great little coffee shop.

I had the cereal milk latte that was perfectly balanced and exactly what you would expect when ordering it. I paired it with the gluten free cinnamon roll that didn't make me miss the regular ones, it in fact rivaled some of the best I've had. The four stars are because the environment is consistently not one I usually associate with.

Wow this place was a lovely respite from my road trip, I would traverse Northern California again just to stop here. Great staff, quality beverage options, they brew Hugo tea, and the food was so good I ordered enough for a full meal.

Great location and artistic coffee, I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

I’ve had some time to kill this past week and there’s no better place to do that than in a coffee shop. I’ve tried three different drinks there and all of them were delicious. I was really impressed with their gluten free cinnamon buns as well. Often, amazing coffee shops have slightly snobby baristas. It’s a thing. But that has not been my experience here. They have been patient and kind, genuine and attentive, asking what’s up with my day and offering recommendations. They’re efficient too! The atmosphere is aesthetically perfect and I love the thriving plants that warm up the more mid-century modern vibe. Thanks theory!

Best coffee in Redding by far. I am surprised that the prices are still so reasonable considering the quality they put out. This is the shop to buy your coffee from, for home use as well, if you prefer high quality coffee. They offer wonderful cafe food items too. I can't say enough about the quality of their food. The shop is clean and well kept. The staff is attentive and kind. It is perhaps not the ideal for large groups or intense studying. This is a beautifully bright, open, little coffee shop where you can meet a friend or two. The outside tables are another option to enjoy on a nice day. I would highly recommend this establishment.

We stopped by on our roadtrip and was pleasantly surprised by how great this place was. Staff is super friendly, coffee is great, the atmosphere and interior is perfect to do some work. Will visit again.
