Great atmosphere and excellent customer service

Coffee and cake was solid

Hot oat milk matcha baffled these baristas two different visits

A) matcha b) hot water c) oat milk. Just 3 ingredients, all of which they have, they just need to go into a cup.

the first time I requested a hot oat milk matcha, I get matcha, COLD water and steamed oat milk.

The second time I ordered a hot oat milk matcha, shes talking about ice (?) Ice? and I just couldn't. I left.

This is an item that's ON THE MENU and she couldn't or wouldn't grasp the concept.

Bring your brain cell to work was neither of the days I visited this unfortunate coffee shop. Too bad the staff is so dense or it would be a nice place to be in this small town.

For someone that love to visit coffee shops to work remotely for a few hours, Theory Collaborative is on the top list. They roast their own coffee and then serve it in the next room. The vibe was created with a chill environment in mind. Coffee was really delicious. My girlfriend loves a great flat white and always get disappointed by coffee shops. But Theory Collaborative did not.

It’s nice to see coffee scene up in Redding! This place is among the top 3 I’ve had up here so far. There are still many more places to try. I ended up trying their specialty drink which is espresso + soda. It’s interesting.. not what I’d get again but it wasn’t bad. I wanted to try it for the experience and it was a good one… just time to try their other drinks 😉.

Theory does coffee right! The dine-in experience was nice with a clean space, soothing ambiance and even gluten free options to enjoy! Fast and efficient service as well!

Customer service is excellent they work well as a team are direct about the order time and provide the guest a warm and loving experience. Artwork is well placed and eating outside is pleasant.

Potato, egg, cheese, onion, fluffy and heavy, delicous. Bacon, crisp in every bite they infuse the mixture
Plates, cups, and silverware. Clean and shiny

Just the vibe this weary traveler needed. Great atmosphere, friendly, quick service, amazing coffee, delicious veggie and bacon quiche (two varieties) and they had my favorite pastry!

I went here for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. The place is pretty open and nice. The staff was super helpful with any questions about the menu that I had. I had a dirty chai while I studied and then before I left i grabbed a lemon ginger kombucha to go. The chai latte was soooo delicious and perfect. The kombucha I was informed is brewed in house and was seriously amazing. I can't wait to come in again and try the other flavor and see if they have made anything new. It was a little crowded but hey it was a Sunday after church so I bet it is a nice mellow study spot during the week.

Oh my! Large vanilla latte, four shots, extra sweet. Boom! I can’t remember the name of the pastry I had but it was absolutely amazing! I’m willing to bet, if anyone orders this coffee and meal, they will be as happy as I am right now ❤️

Excellent coffee and espresso drinks. Kombucha on tap. Flakey croissants. Chill atmosphere. Nice peeps behind the counter. All good!
