My son’s (2.5 years) favorite hobby is trains. Mine is coffee. So finding this gem downtown with an outdoor patio facing the tracks quickly became our favorite spot. The service is excellent, the award winning coffee is wonderful, and the venue has plenty of space to find a great spot to chill.

The coffee shop atmosphere and the staff themselves are enough for me to want to keep going back. I’ve always had friendly service and really enjoyed the place. Also the coffee is good and there are a lot of other beverage options like kombucha on tap! Love!

Ordered for the first time, and Boy, what customer service! Our Dark side of the Bloom was shipped same day and here within a couple days! We brewed it up and Enjoyed it Immensely! Spread the word, Mom and Pop Shop to REPLACE Starbucks.. Thanks Sam & Bekah! Best of luck in Your Business !!

Theory is known to have the best coffee in town! They roast their own beans and have one competitions on a national level!

This is also a great environment to do work or have 1-on-1 meetings. There are multiple rooms and tables so there is almost always an open spot to sit down and do some work.

Great atmosphere and coffee. Though they don’t have oat milk (please get oatly guys), they have hemp and almond. Loved the hemp half caff cappuccino and the mocha. The ham and cheese hot pastry was bomb! The 1 buck surcharge is OK but 70 cents or so would do it as well, i think.

The worst service ever, if they don't think you go to Bethel they don't bother with you. They had me standing waiting for over 30 minutes for a latte when MANY people had come in and recieved their drinks before me. At first I didn't think much about it but after a while it became obvious they just kept pushing my order back further. So disappointing.

Had some of their beans delivered to London (via California) for me and they really do live up to the hype. Fantastic coffee, hopefully I'll get to visit once the world goes back to normal!

theory: an established repeatable experience; this shrine to Ethiopian coffee is a beautiful experience. An eclectic gathering of friendly loving patrons mostly younger crowd, seating can be a challenge, Theory ebb and flows; Lattes need to be bigger and hotter so good I could gulp it down wishing for a bottomless cup but try too savor, I never can. World class enjoyment sip sip

Another reviewer posted the coffee was watery, I thought to myself she must be crazy, NOPE, I'm not sure how she did it but it was bad, but it was hot, it was cold outside so I drank it untill it went cold. I also got a meat quiche, which was mostly hashbrowns with the tiniest bit of meat in it. The GF cinnamon roll was good, but they couldn't tell me if it had soy or corn in it, as I have many food intolerances. It was VERY sweet, but tasty. All in all very disappointed in this place.

Fantastic coffee and service! Whenever I go in they are always ready to make my drink. Such a great atmosphere as well! One of my favorite places to go!
