I honestly love the tea here - it’s one of my favorite places to go and have great tea. But, every time I go there, it is thee WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girls that work the counter have never been nice and they always have an attitude. Literally, every girl I’ve come into contact there has been snappy and sassy. I overhear their conversations and they are always upset about serving the customers their tea. I really do wish I could rate this place better and honestly they would have 5 stars if their employees were more mature and happy. But unfortunately, because of their horrible customer service, they’ll remain at a two.

Very good tea served hot or cold. I used to go in for the sweet potato fries, sometimes they were amazing and other times they were undercooked or overcooked. Haven't been there in quite a while. Handicap parking is always an issue. My friend loves their soups.

I would have to say when it comes to the Redding area this is the best place to buy tea. If you're looking for 100% organic tea or vegan options... I probably wouldn't recommend here, even though I'm pretty sure I did see a few vegan options on the menu. But they do use Dairy and other animal products in some of their mixtures so if you don't want to go to an establishment that serves any of that here is not the place. But aside from that I would 100% recommend this place. It's pretty spacious a good hangout area even though I just kind of come and get my tea and leave.

My favorite place in all of Redding! I love their teas so much, and they are always introducing new flavors and changing the menu. They also offer an awesome selection of soups and appetizers such as crab wantons, popcorn chicken, and calamari which are all excellent. Yummy place for a snack, you won't be disappointed!

This is probably the only good place to get milk tea in all of Redding. It’s not the best milk tea I’ve ever tasted though. I used to live in the Bay Area and Los Angeles so it’s really difficult to beat the boba over there. I’m glad they allow sugar and ice adjustments because some of the teas are really sugary. I recommend the jasmine milk tea with 50% sugar level. I also never had mini boba until I came here, I’m a huge fan of them now. I don’t know why, but I prefer it to the normal size boba now :)

The food here is 2.5 out of 5. Popcorn chicken is above average, but nothing amazing. On the other hand the honey wings are god awful. I took one bite, gagged and threw all of it away. A huge waste is $8. This is primarily the reason for 4/5 star rating. The rice dishes are also average to below average. I don’t eat here anymore except for the occasional fries and popcorn chicken these days.

The people who work here are chill, they are trying to do their best with the whole coronavirus pandemic, but they don’t require masks which I think they should. A lot of kids and teens come here and take forever, they also aren’t the most caring type of people with the virus going about. To avoid them, don’t come here in the late afternoon and early evening when school’s out.

They do both only options without paying the full price of the regular soup. Good for Keto diet. :p

Very good! Authentic food with big portions! If you want a near home cooked meal that tastes like the real thing then this is the place! Plus the tea is as sweet as a dessert!

Wonderful boba place! So cute and cozy, and they have wonderful French fries and potstickers too. Delicious drinks with so many options! Highly recommend, I come here all the time!

They were out of boba the last 3 times I went. That's like a coffee stand running out of beans.

Tea tastes great.

Half the employees are good, but the other half have seemed really apathetic. Maybe it's because of how much traffic they get.
