The Best bubble Tea is right here! Its new and super clean inside But someone needs to tell them they would get more business if they would clean their windows and front door with windex . At first glance they look closed down.

Tea was great! But do not go here for the food. Painfully slow service for just some simple fried food. And it sadly wasn't worth the wait. The cream cheese wantons weren't even good... how can you mess up cream cheese wantons???

Such a fun environment to be around, and has wonderful staff. They were the 1st shop I tired that has "bubble tea" and no other place compares. Plus there various Tawanies Appetizers and lunch menu is wonderful and is nice for people for like to try new foods. Music is pleasant and not over powering. Will always come back for more!

Love this place! My bf introduced this to me after recently moving to Redding. I’m from Southern California so I was a bit hesitant about trying boba in Redding but this place didn’t disappoint!

So many different flavors and their teas are always delicious. I love their milk teas and regular teas!

Also, the staff here is super nice! Usually, the same guy help us and we’ve never had a bad experience.

Definitely recommend this place!

the boys who were working there around 7pm 04/18 were extremely slow and didn’t care to work . one was so worried about tips and was just relaxing. took them 15 mins for one drink! unbelievable!

Love this place!! The popcorn chicken is delicious, highly recommend. Shout out to my homegirl behind the counter who always makes my drink right and always recognizes me.....not to name names but Ms. with little angel wings on the back of your right arm, you are amaze balls!! 💙💙

Came in on a Sunday, early evening. Restaurant was half full. I ordered a customized smoothie: honey peach + passion fruit + boba. Plus, popcorn chicken.

I was wrongly given a slushy (smoothie has milk). I noticed, on the menu, a "smoothies/milkshakes" section. Per this experience, I'd assume that the "milkshakes" were really smoothies and not actual milkshakes (with ice cream).

The popcorn chicken was crispy and had a satisfactory flavor, but rather dry. One key ingredient was missing: fried basil leaves. T4, itself, is a Taiwanese chain. Taiwanese popcorn chicken is unique and tasty. The Redding location served up a half-effort imitation.

Altogether, everything was acceptable owing to the limited options in the region, but nothing memorable.

Went to lunch and got the potstickers and the Rangoons. Food was fresh and hot. I recommend the frozen strawberry lemonade.
